Extremely empty, but they have a ton of great movie options at all times. We had the entire theater to ourselves which was awesome. Just a little pricier and snacks are really pricey.

Absolutely abysmal experience. This theater is extremely run down, disheveled, unclean and understaffed. The entrance smelled strongly of urine, which was absolutely disgusting. Every area of the theater was dirty and unkempt. When we sat down for our movie, we legitimately had to sit through over 40 minutes of previews. Ridiculous. We were ready to walk out. DO NOT come to this theater. DO NOT give them your money. I have had much better experiences with Marcus and quite frankly this AMC theater should be demolished and replaced by a store that can provide a more meaningful experience to the shoppers at Mayfair.

Haven't been here for a very long time. Came to see the prescreening of the update to the classic "How to Train Your Dragon". The theatre is on the second floor of the Mayfair Mall. Parked in the back of the mall, and took a quick escalator ride to the entrance. The lobby of the AMC is huge. Lots of space to mingle. I didn't get any refreshments, but plenty of other people were. Because this was a special event, you needed to stand in line and get validate your special invitation. That took a while (all those boy scouts), but wasn't the fault of the theatre. No lines for the regular customers. The theatre itself was very large. I have spend most of my recent movie going at the Marcus theatres, with the dream loungers. This theatre has the old/standard seating. It was fine. Comfortable, and no issues with the people next to me. After the movie, the theatre and the lobby looked like a popcorn tornado had come through. White kernels everywhere. I would come back.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Because of the delay, I missed almost 30 minutes of the movie and was unable to fully enjoy the experience. The cook was sitting in the bathroom, and when he finally came out, he still took his time preparing the food even though the order had already been on the screen waiting. This level of service was very disappointing, especially after paying to watch a movie and missing a significant portion of it while waiting for food. THE COOK WSS THE MANAGER!!!

Wonderful selection of stores on site. The security staff was profiling our children. They have a policy Friday-Sunday of no children 17 and under without their parents. We were all together in the food court. Our children were asked multiple times where their parents were and so were we. It was ridiculous! The other concerning part was seeing multiple kids without their parents who were not being targeted and asked questions. Otherwise, this is a beautiful facility and what a mall should be.
