The layouts of Marcus cinemas are usually always the same, so its never really hard to navigate, its pretty much the same through all locations, imo. I love that about Marcus' though. Its iconic. It was clean and welcoming. The Screen X was well worth the experience! With screens on both sides, I felt as if I was flying light speed with grogu in the different aerial vehicles! It was awesome! Only thing, I dislike is they dont bring your food to you at this location. Ik, I sound so millennial 🤣, but when you are paying the ticket price you pay these days, you cant afford to miss any action on the screen. So plz change this about your location! Other then that, I will definitely be back for that Screen X when a certain movie calls for it! Marvel, DC, star wars, action films sound about right!

Nice and clean when you enter but sadly, not so after the show! Hats off to the staff that keeps it so clean after each show! This theatre is kinda far from where I live but we still go all the way to watch movies on the Screen X! The experience is very different on that big screen. The concession area is a bit congested though. But the staff are polite, quick and efficient! Since, the garbage cans are right outside in the hallway….It would be really nice if people cleaned up after themselves and not leave the seats and floors so messy!

would give 0 stars, but needed to share this: blonde haired old lady was very rude and inappropriate with the way she handled my children’s day at the theatre. my kids were able to buy tickets online for an R rated movie (my son is 17 years old), but when they tried checking in, the lady did not believe their ages simply because of not having an ID. infuriating.

Was excited to see the backrooms but they carded us and the whole football team there was telling us we couldn't go in. We clearly looked of age and have gone to other locations where this has never happened. The manager rudely suggested a refund and gave us an attitude the whole time she was doing it.

Went to see Now You See Me: Now You Don't on 12/15 at Ridge Cinema. Girl at desk was sweet and very helpful. She had to get a manager to assist us with the veteran discount refund to gift card and he came and got us squared away in no time. Always good experience at Marcus Ridge Cinema in New Berlin! Go to the movies!! Much better in theater.
