This place is disgusting, for real. $60+ for two tickets, a popcorn and a drink to share, you’d think they could afford to hire someone clean the place every now and then (although with all the popcorn grease and dirty hands it should be cleaned daily). It looks like nobody has wiped this place down for years. I would not want to consume (or even touch) anything here. Bathrooms are grimy too. Baseboards tell all. The kiosks are ridiculous. Not everything has to be unsanitary and automated (touch screens for tickets, concessions, and drinks). Hire humans and pay them, for God’s sake. To AMC Ahwatukee’s credit, the two employees I interacted with were friendly and attentive. My advice: buy your date a decent dinner and then watch a movie at home for the same $.

Will never go back. This is got to be one of the dirtiest and most disgusting movie theaters I’ve ever seen. Given its location you would think it would be nicer, but it is so gross. Trash everywhere, food, and debris all over the ground, broken seats. It was truly disgusting. We were tempted just to leave before the movie started, but the nearest Harkins was too far away. Had to shower when I got home because it felt so gross. Will never ever go back to the theater.

The theater is nice, but I must give it a harsh review for making us watch nearly 35 minutes of ads and trailers before our movie started, including 3 separate AMC ads!!! If we're already sitting there in your theater, why are you making us watch 3 different AMC ads instead of just playing the movie?! That just grinds my gears. Also, if you are going to play so many annoying ads and trailers, why not let us know when the movie ACTUALLY STARTS when we buy our tickets so we can plan accordingly, allowing us to skip that nonsense. User experience is everything here, and if you don't respect our time as moviegoers, then why should we go to your theater? Do better AMC.

I never leave reviews but yesterday something happen to where me and two kids couldn’t complete our movie.. So we came back the next day & the supervisor/manager Mali & Tony took great care of us from the time we arrived till the time we left. Me and my kids really appreciated the great customer service we received.. I also noticed all the other staff members was on point as well. Great leadership from Mali and Tony, thanks again for the amazing service

Stopped by AMC and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and getting tickets and snacks was quick and easy. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the sound and picture were spot on. Even though it was busy, everything ran smoothly, and the staff made sure the experience was enjoyable. It’s a solid spot for catching a movie with friends or family without any hassle. Good service, comfortable theaters, and a fun, relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location!
