LOVE the seats at this location!!!! DESPISE THE SEVICE AT THE COUNTER!!!! Went to the Chandler Fashion Center location for Devil/Prada 2 (for the 2nd time) last night, June 2, and yet AGAIN, waited in line for easily 10 minutes before finally placing our order. Our order taker was friendly & polite but clearly had zero concern about moving with any type of urgency. My first visit to a Harkins theater was in late 1998 when I first moved to AZ (Superstition Springs location to be exact!) and I remember being surprised at the lack of urgency the employees that worked the counter. 28 years later I am still seeing & experiencing the same exact behavior!!! This philosophy starts at the top with Harkins Management but guess what!!! You CAN teach people to be accurate AND work with urgency while providing customer service!!!! In-N-Out are the MASTERS of it!!!! We have been hitting the movies quite a bit lately & Harkins theatres specifically. Their service is universal regardless of location, day, time of day, etc. I’m sure there’s a method to the madness with Harkins’ training, but as a long-time patron, it’s annoying, DISAPPOINTING and just plain sucks.

We went to see Wicked at this theater and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The movie itself was fantastic, but what really stood out was the overall atmosphere of the theater. The staff were welcoming and everything felt clean and well maintained, which made the night even more enjoyable. The snack options were excellent—plenty of variety, fresh, and reasonably priced compared to other theaters. It’s great to have a place where you can enjoy both the film and the food without compromise. Seating was comfortable, sound and picture quality were spot on, and the entire visit felt seamless from start to finish. This theater has quickly become one of my favorites. Between the great service, the quality concessions, and the overall experience, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable movie night.

Had never been to a Harkins Theatre that enjoyed it thoroughly. Lots of choices for snacks and food and seating was comfortable in the theater. Staff are very pleasant and helped with some questions we had regarding times and location. If you order the large popcorn and or drink, you have refills. It was great!

I love the movies popcorn and soda a nice chair to recline and enjoy. I had a particular young man take care of my family. He was moving pretty fast. I think his name was Max. Good kid.

Bought tickets for The Backrooms months ago and got very good seats in the center of the theater. Movie day comes and a manager came over in the middle of the movie and made us move to significantly worse seats because they somehow sold our seats to other people despite the fact that I brought them first.
