I've been to this theater a handful of times now and I must say I've enjoyed myself every time! A couple days ago me and these two lovely friends of mine went to see the Scream 7 in theaters. We had a wonderful time and thought Scream 7 was wonderful! I dressed up as Ghostface! So many people wanted to take a picture with me and I felt like a celebrity. This is always the case when I dress up as Ghostface. It's always so much fun! My two friends hadn't been to a movie theaters in years and the wonderful people that work at this movie theater made them feel welcomed! Thanks guys! They had a wonderful time and so did I! All of us will be coming back soon and it's because of how wonderful this movie theater is!

My first time at this location. Great service. Friendly staff. Big cinema in downtown Phoenix. The only thing I didn't like were the seats. Everything else was fine. We be back.

Classic AMC theatre. It’s huge! It reminds me of my childhood, coming to this old giant. We watched a movie in 3D, glad they have the screens for that, even if the rest of it is dated, but in a pretty wonderfully nostalgic way.

I went to the Filipino food festival on April 25, 2026 and had an amazingly good time and had amazingly good food. Like anything else in downtown It’s always hard to park so I took my motorcycle and had no problems.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after our experience here, I feel like I need to. My husband, son, and I attended a late showing of the new Mandalorian movie as a fun summer-night treat for our child. About 15 minutes into the movie, a couple came in and sat near the back row with us. Throughout the movie we kept hearing noises that seemed inappropriate, but we tried not to jump to conclusions. Eventually my husband got up to refill his drink and, while passing by the couple, realized they were engaging in explicit activity in the theater. He immediately went to notify theater staff because our child was only a few seats away. The most disappointing part of this experience was not only the situation itself, but how poorly it was handled afterward. My husband had difficulty even locating staff, and when he finally did, the response felt dismissive rather than urgent. An employee eventually entered the theater and sat near the couple for the remainder of the movie, seemingly to monitor the situation, but the couple was never removed and simply walked out once the movie ended. Afterward, when I approached staff to ask whether the incident was being documented or reported, I was told that because employees themselves “didn’t witness anything,” there was nothing they could do. I later spoke with the manager on duty and received essentially the same response. We were also told that because we witnessed the situation ourselves, we should have called 911. What makes this especially frustrating is that the theater’s own policy states that inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. As customers, we trusted that reporting the situation to staff would result in some form of action or escalation, especially considering there was a minor present nearby. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of follow-up. No one asked for statements, no one appeared concerned that minors were nearby, and no one even checked or cleaned the area afterward. We were simply left feeling like the entire situation was brushed aside. I completely understand that theater employees deal with difficult and uncomfortable situations, and I’m not expecting perfection. However, when customers report something serious happening inside your establishment — especially during a family movie — there should be some level of urgency, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling extremely disappointed and let down as customers. TO HIGHLIGHT AGAIN, NOBODY CHECKED THE AREA OR CLEANED THE SEATS AFTERWARDS… So for those of you, that would like to see a movie. Be sure to avoid theater 21 Because you may be sitting in somebody else’s fluids…..
