Do you like ordering a soda in the least convenient way possible? Then do I have the theatre for you!!!! You order at a self-checkout kiosk, but then does someone have you your drink right then and there? No, you then have to wait for the perk of having someone deliver it to you later at your seat? Your friend has the tickets on their phone? Better yell across the lobby to figure it out. Then, when they fail to bring you this drink, they're going to be weird about it and make you talk to the manager. The parking situation is also absolutely baffling. But, the seats, they are comfy. This place is awful. Seats are from 1990, incredibly uncomfortable and don’t even recline. Theater was dirty. People have to bring you your popcorn which is gross to me. The entire previews were for prescription drugs. Huh?! Then you have to pay $14 just to park in the garage. Harkins is the place to go. Never again AMC

We really enjoyed this theatre. It was bright and clean and I didn’t mind that to purchase movie tickets or food you are using a kiosk. After placing your food order you must include your theatre and seat number and the food is brought directly to you by a server. I have never been to a theatre that does this so I thought that was pretty cool. I loved the way that the seats in the theatre were staggered. They were in smaller clusters so you do not have to walk through a long row of people to get to your seats. The building surrounding the theatre is undergoing construction so there is a lot of unfinished work and the escalator was not functional.

This place used to be nice but is steady going downhill. the theater is so dark you cant even eat your food. it should be called amc dine in the dark. I talked to a manager and they said they were told to cut off the lamps next to the seat where you eat because customers were complaining. They obviously werent dining then. I ordered a drink and the person giving it to me spilled it all over my white shirt. Then the manager wanted to offer me another soda after the movie was over. Whats the point? Then asked if I wanted a refund for the soda. What a disgrace. The soda is obviously worth a lot less than my shirt and the horrible experience I had.

Google directions are for the front of the building near the bank. I drove around back and found the parking garage with an arrow for AMC dine-in. Handicap parking was limited. The elevator did not work and escalators only worked inbound. Theater is clean and you are greeted upon entering. I attended a private screening. Movie props are available for photos.There are 3 screens on each sides to order food. 1 bar. You can also purchase merchandise on the screen. Before making purchase you can also add your AMC rewards. Prices are comparable to a bar and grill. There was an employee walking around assisting customers on screen orders. Seats are properly labeled with a light up number. Trays are sturdy. An employee delivered popcorn and drinks with merchandise. I kept my receipt and reminded her about my classic burger order, she said someone else would bring it. Another employee brought it out 2-4 mins later. The classic burger was tasty but the cherry coke was a bit flat. If you aren’t very tall, the upper row has a restricted view. Bathrooms were clean and properly labeled with handicap stalls. The staff was friendly and courteous. Parking is validated (4 hours) and the machine is across from the bar. It’s placed in a table in front of customer service. You do it by yourself and it’s very convenient.
