Very clean and somewhat helpful staff. Youngsters at the registers and entrance. They are "cashless" so if you are old fashioned like we are then you have to buy a prepaid card on one of there kiosks. Oh boy that was not fun at all. Then after that you have to go to another kiosk to buy your tickets for the movie AND then you have to pick what seats you want to sit in before your transaction is completed. We asked for help a couple of times but the young guys were not very helpful at all. I dont think we will be going back again

I really enjoy this theater. Its quiet and service is fast. The concessions are much more reasonable than elsewhere, you can get a large popcorn and 2 large drinks for 25 bucks. They also have the newer self service fountain drink machines with a ton of options. In my opinion their subscription service is much better than their competitors. Especially for people with families. Their subscription plan covers up to 6 people a month, rather than just a single subscriber and gives you 15% off concessions. The only gripes you might have is that the theater is a little dated and mostly has the classic stadium seating, but it doesn't bother me and the family likes it too. For me it's 5 stars but I'll give 4 just to be fair and honest.

It was my first time seeing a movie at this cinema and overall it was great. The place was clean, inviting and the popcorn was great. The seats had plenty of cushion and the audio was good too. I’d say overall it was a solid movie theater.

In the past it has been an accessible place to watch films for everyone having regular Open Caption showings so that anyone can enjoy and read along to understand. The online booking doesn't correctly display information now and I purchased two tickets expecting to be able to enjoy The Super Mario Galaxy Movie with captions. We got there and there weren't captions. Very disappointing. Can't trust the information and the staff doesn't seem informed on when the films are available with captions. Generally only one or two showings are available so it is important to have that information be accurate.

I use to go to maya since they opened up but lately they have been lacking with not having certain movies playing , also their app has really bad issues and now they got rid of their app so now you have go directly to the website. I did enjoy this theatre and the size of the MPX screen but they need to get their shit together so I can go back.
