These seats are comfy and I was surprised they recline. So grateful. Super crowded though and only 2 people checking tickets to let people in was kind of in efficient. Other than that great experience here

manger wednesday night has terrible customer service. 100% could’ve handled it better. my friend came in and she asked to speak to a manager. i wasn’t there and im the ticket holder. i come in, scan in, and am rudely confronted as we walk in. you wait for the actual ticket holder to come in, scan, and then kick them out and don’t even allow a refund? that’s just you being petty.

Came to see the backrooms movie and when it came to be my turn for my ticket to be scanned alex, the person who was scanning tickets asked to see my ID, I had not seen her ID anyone else and I have never been asked for an ID at any movie theater so obviously I didn't have it on me because I use a passport and why would I bring that with me to the movie theater?? I have a picture of the passport and I also have a credit card with my full name on it, people under the age of 18 cannot own a credit card. None of that was good enough and we had to drive all the way back to our house very quickly and come back with my passport which she made a show of checking thoroughly. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Love going to the movies and this theater is usually pretty solid. Some seats in the theater could use some minor repairs, popcorn is cold sometimes, and Tuesdays are usually packed because of discounted tickets. Never really had a bad experience here. Overall, a good place to watch a movie.

The theater itself was clean and comfortable, and the employees were helpful. $10.99 for the smallest popcorn reminded me why the last time I went to a theater was to see Rogue One.
