The only issue is there being only one restroom for each gender and they're on opposite sides of the theater. So, if you're on the wrong side, you gotta make a bit of a trek to get there and back, which can be annoying if you have to go in the middle of a movie. Otherwise, the popcorn is great and the seats are comfortable and reclining.

The seating is always wonderful and very comfy, but man do I wish there was an option to get to the women's restroom without having to walk to the other side of the theater. If you get a number higher than like 10 for the theater then you better hope mother nature don't come calling in the middle of your movie!

I recently caught a matinee film here and overall it was a great experience. The seats were big and comfortable with recliner and sliding food tray. Can’t go wrong with popcorn and free refills with a large soda for a flick but I’d probably pass next time on the jalapeño poppers & hotdog bites. I’ll for sure go back to catch another film if I’m in the area.

We visited Sierra Vista Cinema on Monday, and I want to appreciate their excellent customer service. At the beginning of the movie, a few young guys were being very loud and even talking on FaceTime, which disturbed the experience. I went to the counter to report the issue, and the staff responded immediately. Three team members came into the theater, addressed the situation professionally, and warned the group to be quiet or leave. What impressed me the most was that two staff members stayed inside the theater to make sure everything remained under control for the rest of the movie. Thanks to their quick and responsible action, we were able to enjoy the movie peacefully. Really appreciate how seriously they took the situation—great job by the team! Highly recommend this theater for their customer care.

Nice movie theater, most of your standard things. Snack bar, adult bar with limited drinks a little pricey The screens are clean and clear, the sound is good and the seats are comfortable I like that they give you the ability to recline. The bathrooms are large and typically clean, can be dirty from time to time based on the rush of people exiting a movie. Staff can be good or bad, depends on the day/person. I have had both wonderful and terrible encounters with the staff here. All in all we enjoy the theater and come here regularly
