this was… absolutely the most insane, worst moviegoing experience i have ever had in my life. this theater was FILTHY; from lobby, to the counters, to the overflowing trash cans, to the goo-covered cup holders and stained seats, it felt like a i needed another shower after visiting even though i had just taken one prior to coming. the bar was open, but the staff member working was on his phone and said only beers were available, no cocktails. to make matters worse, underage kids who were clearly intoxicated.. like don’t know how they were allowed in intoxicated, were talking extremely loud the entire movie. THREE people got up to staff to complain (three.) and they came in with a security guard to tell them to be quiet but ultimately ALLOWED THEM TO STAY, and they continued to be belligerent the entire film anyways. the icing on the cake was when we walked out of our movie at 1am to the place still trashed, and an employee…. no joke…. was taking selfies in the corner while the theater looked like this. it was almost comical, i wish i had gotten a picture of it. this AMC should be shut down, or at the very least needs a serious staff evaluation. you all should be appalled.

Im actually leaving a 5 stars, cause usually this is my to-go movie theater, BUT, today, watching a movie premiere and someone burn pop corns, and triggered the fire alarm. Praise the lord, that everyone is fine, and we are all going to get refunds and everyone was nice and all with it. But still, sucks to come back another day to watch a movie, where you already saw half of it, and even sucks cause the following days are sold out already. My hommie came to town to watch it with me, cause its a tradition to do this movies together. (Scary movie). We were having fun, but now she needs to go to LA and we wont be able to watch together while is on the theaters. So, whoever burn the popcorn, thank you so much for ruining a tradition that it was perfect before, I hope that your pillow is always warm, your socks never stayed on, and your cat (cause I know you have a cat) poop on you while you're sleeping. I hope that when you are watching a premier of your favorite movie, you fall asleep because you confused your Adderall with melatonin. Thank you all. God bless you. God bless america.

1 star — and that’s only because zero isn’t an option. I’m an AMC A-List member, and tonight was hands-down the most disgusting, neglectful theater experience I’ve ever had — anywhere. The seats at this location are absolutely filthy. Not just a little worn or lightly stained, but caked with dirt, dark grime buildup, and random white spots that honestly made me uncomfortable to even sit down. Multiple seats in the row looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The armrests were covered with layers of dirt, and the red upholstery had blotches of who-knows-what. The cup holders? Revolting. Thick dried residue lining the entire bottom, crusted around the edges — the kind of buildup that only happens when a place has zero cleaning standards. I couldn’t even put a drink down without feeling sick. To make things even worse, the theater smelled like rotten eggs mixed with a musty basement. Sitting through a 2-hour movie was honestly a challenge; I found myself counting the minutes until I could get out. As an A-List member who visits AMC multiple times a month, this is completely unacceptable. This theater is in such bad shape that it’s embarrassing for a chain as large as AMC Theatres. The management here either doesn’t care or has given up entirely — and unless something drastically changes, patrons will start cancelling memberships or driving much farther just to avoid this location. The nearest clean options aren’t even close; you basically have to cross the bridge to San Francisco or trek to Walnut Creek or Fremont. After tonight, I’m cancelling my A-List membership. I refuse to keep paying premium prices to sit in dirty, stained seats inside a theater that smells like it hasn’t seen proper cleaning or maintenance in ages. AMC needs to step in, replace management, retrain staff, or shut this location down for a deep clean — because right now, it’s an absolute health hazard.

Super long line at concessions, but even worse, the drinking fountains are hidden behind movie posters. After pushing the poster aside, all the water fountains have been turned off so that they don’t run or only in dribble mode.

Hey all. Come over and hit a flick. BTW, the foods and popcorn are yummy. Movies are normal price. The atmosphere is totally awesome because there are no brothers and sisters that are low class so time to clap and it's all good.
