Perfect movie experience! Haven't been to a theater in a couple years but heard this one had opened back up on Van Ness. Walked over for a 8pm showing on a Monday. The place was very clean and fun to explore for a bit. Felt slightly like a theme park. Theater was clean and comfortable with nice big chairs and create projection/sound quality. I will definitely be back!

I had a really wonderful experience. Everything was easy, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. I watched the movie and truly enjoyed it. Special thanks to the manager, Julia, for being so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process!

$7.50 tickets on Tuesday is a good deal. Parking located in the same building (enter on O'Farrell street), make sure you get your parking validated at the theater to get a flat rate of 10 dollars for 4 hours. Even after the garage is closed late at night you can still get your car out by taking the elevator from within the building and the gate will open when you exit. Lots of theaters, all the standard movie theater concessions (6+ Icee flavors) and helpful staff.

Back after almost a year and I guess nothing has really changed. - you are told to have your online code ready for your ticket only to have to go to a kiosk to print out a physical ticket. Like why not just have the person sitting down at the bottom of the escalator scan you in. - hot offerings at concessions are depressing. Not even a soggy hot dog? Also if you want good popcorn you’re gonna be sorely disappointed. - also it’s just vacant as hell inside. Everyone’s caught on that this theatre is just not it. - the guard rail in the front row is way too high lol - also walked into the theatre to one of the worker’s just spraying the seats without even wiping them down. So there’s just a bunch of wet seats. Super cool. Sad to see that this place isn’t looking very promising. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes down within the next couple of years and becomes a bunch of overpriced apartments. ————————————————————————————— I’m giving this place five stars PURELY for its potential, not for the actual experience. Number one: this place just opened so totally get the need to figure out everything. Number two: with all things considered, kinda think some systems need to be put in place to make sure this place runs a little more smoothly. Basically came right at opening. Barely anyone working here ( I’m sure staffing is challenging) Couldn’t find anyone to check my ticket. Couldn’t find anyone to take an order for snacks. The theatre was dark when I entered it. It felt like a scene out of the twilight zone. Again. Not mad, just saying that to make peoples’ first impressions better, maybe open when you can at least meet some baseline requirements. I know it’s hard to start something new but people judge far too much on first impressions. Anyways, best of luck. There’s a lot of potential to make this place great.

Great new theater that recently opened! Very clean and welcoming employees who care! Came for the Tuesday deals of $7.50 / movie. Maria at the entrance was kind and gave us 50% off concessions and tickets up to 10/31! Lucy was very helpful to us in helping us as we booked tickets online but didn't get the discount. She was kind and patient in helping us. Habeeb the manager was able to assist us as well and was very kind and they both definitely had customer service first attitudes! There were a lot of theaters and I appreciated the maps outside of them guiding you onto the seats. I appreciated the self serve popcorn and you could set your own butter. Everything was clean and new. The seats themselves were new. Not reclining so not as comfy as they didn't go back as much. The aisles were also not too wide so not the most spacious leg room but doable for a movie. Sound was great as well and screen was clear! Overall a great experience, cheap, clean and great employees!
