AT 2 months ago👎 270⁰ Screen X : This auditorium #9 has to be one of the worst in the nation. You'll have to watch the expanded screens on both walls each side with a bright green "EXIT" light within the scenes! This totally makes your movie experience the exact opposite of immersive. To enjoy the "immersed" effect... if the green exit lights wouldn't bother you... you'd want to sit somewhere between the 7th and 10th row. On a side note, the 270⁰ feature appears in about 1/3 of a movie, it's constantly turning on and off. $25.99 a ticket, a big no, not worth at this Regal Stonestown #9, this auditorium is just too small for the 270⁰ Screen X feature.
ATINY rAyTZ 5 months agoI went for the Ateez VR concert. The accomodations, staff, and experience was fantastic. The seats are very comfortable, and decently spaced. It was beautiful. The VR show was amazing, and I would love to go again!!!
Sam 12 months agoIt was a fun experience watching Jurassic Park Rebirth in 4DX. It made the movie experience more fun and interactive. Definitely worth a try, but please avoid if you have back or neck issues. You may leave with some strain. There is wind, rain, snow and air effects during this whole movie experience. There was never a dull moment. The only option that you can control is the local water effects.
Lynn Eglan a year agoI've been here a few times to buy merch for the release of Lilo and Stitch. The experience at the concession stand has been meh at best. I had purchased a large stitch popcorn bucket. I asked him if he could put it in a different container. He gives me a small box, not even a small bag full of popcorn. I didn't want to argue, so I let it go. Customer service was bare minimal each time I've gone here. I thought maybe it was because I was there to buy merch, but it was the same thing on my last visit. I went here and watched Mission Impossible the Final Reckoning with my dad. We watched it in Screen X. We checked in, and I took my dad to where our seats were. I then went back to the concession stand. I had ordered a combo that had large popcorn and large drinks. I also ordered nachos. I wish I had taken pictures, but the nachos came in what could've passed for a hot dog container that was open. Both sides had chips and nacho cheese sauce on top. It was awkward to hold. I asked the guy if they had a container to help me hold it all together. He hands me the same style box just a little bigger 🤦♀️. For me to carry all 3 items was a pain. Watching in Screen X was a cool, different experience. I know the movie theater was new, but you could definitely tell, looking around. The seats were nice and comfy. The restrooms were clean. I just feel like customer service is something they should focus on at the concession stand. Provide a carrier/tray for movie goers. We are paying customers, and you do want us to buy in the concession stand? Make it easier for us and give customers some sort of incentive to want to buy more items, not the opposite. I'm sure providing those trays or even a decent co tainer for nachos wouldn't break the bank. Employees working there look like they are miserable or just busy talking amongst themselves. This would just make me not want to go here. They are one of the main people we really deal with when going to the movies. People who check tickets, you barely even talk to them.
Carolin Sturtevant 9 months agoBlaze Pizza 🍕 was so yummy! We got the pizza and soda 🥤 deal . Shake Shack was delicious as usual. 🌭 hot dog and chicken bites are so delicious with black and white shake.
