Go-to movie theater in town. Seats are comfortable, it's relatively clean, and the image & sound quality is always great. Not many complaints here. Their new subscription tier is surprisingly good value for $12 a month, pays for itself if you go to the movies at least once per month.

The old bald man who worked on 5/19 around 12pm at ticketing was really rude to me when I was trying to learn the mobile ticket check in process. We walked in and were in line while the old man was helping someone at mobile ticketing. He apologized and seemed nice at first. We said no worries and I proceeded to show him our mobile tickets. He said he doesn’t have a scanner and we need to scan our qr code at mobile ticketing. I was confused because I’ve never had to do that in other theaters here. I thought maybe he was confused because the tickets were in my apple wallet instead of the app. I said oh this is a ticket and he said we still need to scan the qr code to print the physical tickets. So I scanned the code 2x at the mobile ticketing area and nothing n happened. I turned around and told him it’s not working and he rolled his eyes and gave a really big sigh like i’m inconveniencing him. I still don’t know how to work the machine. He came over and in a frustrated, annoyed, and impatient tone, he started showing me the process really fast. He ended up saying I needed to follow the steps posted, which is not what he told me to do the first couple times.. he just said scan qr code. I thought that was right because I already have a ticket and just needed to scan the code like he said, but no I have to touch the screen and follow the steps posted , in order to scan the code. Very rude and he missed an opportunity to teach someone who genuinely wanted to learned how to do it. Then I asked him what’s the difference if I order an online ticket vs. a physical ticket? He just said it’s physical. I’m glad I learned how Ward Consolidates mobile ticketing works , but the old man tried to make me feel like I was asking stupid questions plus making him mad. What’s worse, is while we’re waiting patiently for him to help us while he was at the mobile ticketing machine in the beginning, the people behind us just walked in without getting their mobile tickets checked… but he got mad at me for trying to learn and understand because I’ve never ordered an online ticket , and then had to stand in line to reprint my the physical copy. Theater 10/10

Favorite place to watch movies, but I dislike the rewards program! Clean theater, great popcorn, comfortable reclining chairs and friendly workers.

The theater was nice but I had a unpleasant experience with the person selling the tickets. The older Asian lady with short hair who was selling my ticket was extremely rude and dismissive. Making offhand comments that were sassy and crass. There was nobody in line besides me and she was really impatient. The reason I didn't give a lower rating was because the theater was nice. But if you want better customer service, you would be better off going to Kahala.
