The kids were fine, but for God’s sake, no one cleaned the entrance. At one point I honestly thought the cinema was closed—just look at the picture. It was dangerous to walk from the parking lot to the entrance with all that snow. You might think the storm prevented them from cleaning, but even after the storm stopped and the movie ended (three hours later), the entrance was still the same. Nothing had been cleared. It never happened.

I went in today at 9:00 June 3rd, a heavy set young lady was there. Before I went in I asked were they checking ID’s they told us no . I went in to get tickets for the back room and she asked for ID okay protocol but why ask me when you let everybody else in without asking? I showed her proof of me being over age of 18 but it had to be physical so I said okay and walked away. Then two people came in a man and his woman , who was Hispanic. She did not ID them according to her she looked at their appearance, but aren’t you supposed to still ID if that’s what you’ve been doing all day? Then I asked them did she ask for ID they said no, I asked her why didn’t she ID them she proceeded to lie and say they looked older and had a membership.. which it doesn’t matter you ID them how you ID everyone else. I felt it was more than that, to do your job is one thing but to lie and let others pass in front of me insane and unprofessional. I will never come here again , I felt it was racial discrimination . I’ve been going there for a long time since I was little with my father, this has happened to me before here with the same lady. She lies. She works nights, she should be fired or reported.

The ticket prices at this AMC are significantly cheaper than any of the AMC'S inside of Chicago. However, the theater is definitely run down and in need of an update. Some of the theaters have a strange sweaty smell. The velvet seats are very worn and do not recline. The LED screens that display movie names above the doors are all turned off -- presumably to deter people from sneaking into other movies. It feels like they are understaffed -- though I will say that everyone who works there is very nice. I definitely do not recommend this AMC for a romantic date night. It's good for a cheap movie, or a less-crowded theater depending on what you are going to see. A lot of people bring kids, so some of the movies end up being pretty noisy and distracting.

Why is this the only amc theater that doesn’t have reclining seats… its pretty annoying when this is the only local amc i have. The seats have not been updated . it’s so unfortunate because i have to drive to other locations just to watch a movie comfortably. i hope Amc upgrades their seats in the future. again this is the only AMC i have thats near me which is upsetting.

This was probably the best movie theater I ever went to! The workers were so nice to me and we're helping me out. And the food was amazing probably the best food I ever got from a movie theater. I love the movie and the seats were so comfortable. I'm definitely going again.
