06/05/26: It is a very nice theater with dine in options and a large big screen. Many of the seats in our screening were reserved by 'AMC Subscribers' who didn't show up, so we had to sit in the front row even though the show was half empty. The price for an afternoon show was crazy. $5 more than what I usually pay where I live to go to Alamo Drafthouse which is nicer. Otherwise, the movie was good, the sound was excellent, the popcorn was fresh.

Eventhough both the website and tickets state that the movie starts 20-30 minutes after the start time, they start exactly at the start time, no ads. We walked in right around 15 minutes after the start time, and we missed about 20 minutes of the movie. Not only that but another 12 people that I counted came in after us. If you’re going to state that the movie will begin 20-30 minutes after the start time then that’s when it should start. Not only that but the seat trays don’t seem like they were cleaned in between movies, there was clear food residue on our trays. On top of everything, sitting in row E, there was an extremely bright light in my face during the whole movie. It honestly seemed like the brights were on during the whole movie, and we went to watch a horror movie, so it took away from the movie experience for sure. Also the dine-in during movie wasn’t great and expensive for what it was. Would rather get dinner somewhere else downtown and then go to a movie. In general just a bad experience in almost every way and I definitely won’t be seeing a movie at this AMC ever again when there’s other better ones around the city.

Clean, quiet. Dine in was different than I am used to nobody greeted or took orders. Staff were present but few. We went mid day so that's likely why.

I love coming here! The theater is always spotless — the seats, floors, even the bathrooms are super clean every time I visit. Plus, the food is surprisingly good! It’s not your typical “movie theater snacks” — everything tastes fresh and way better than I expected. Definitely my go-to spot for a movie night!

Nice downtown chicago vibes in slightly hidden mall in the heart of the loop. Great for tourists or a relaxing day to yourself. Good food drinks and friendly staff. Comfortable reclining chairs are a plus. Not much traffic during weekdays. Ordering is mostly digital and I did wish i could do it at my seat instead.
