I visited on a Saturday night in May, which was my first time at this location. A couple of people in our party ordered some chicken tenders and the nice cashier gestured for us to wait to the side of the concession stand. After waiting 15-20 minutes, one of us realized that the cashier pointed us to the wrong direction and the hot food was being handed out on the opposite side of the concession stand, which we couldn't see until walking around the line. The movie presentation was just fine but there were a good amount of people talking throughout it. The bathroom had water everywhere on the floor and had some broken toilets/urinals. Also, paying for parking is absurd -- but then again, I'm from out of town, and I know how Chicago loves to charge an arm and a leg for parking.

I really like this theater. I love the convenience. The location. The friendly staff. However, I feel like there's someone in the "kitchen" with sticky fingers, ALLEGEDLY. I've been coming here for Quite some time as I'm a membership holder. I order food from time to time as well. I know the portions, etc. I've always receive the same amount of food until recently. For example.. If I order chicken tenders and usually receive 6 of them, now I'm only receiving 3. 🤨🧐😒 Same for the mozzarella sticks for example. If I typically receive 10, and now I'm only getting 6 there's a problem. The price doesn't reflect this change and I'm not understanding what's going on in the evening. Whenever I come earlier in the day, I receive my usual portions. Later in the evening, not so much. AMC, Please, release the alleged thief from their duty as they cannot be trusted. The food is way too expensive for me to be ripped off by a hungry hippo. This doesn't happen to me at any other location. Just this one. That is not OK. I'm genuinely upset that I'm potentially being robbed by an employee. Smh

If you have children of color do NOT send them here. I have a college bound student great kid who frequents here all the time but today was told he was not welcome by staff. They are discriminating against our black and brown children. Now I get that teen takeovers have people on edge, but my child is an honor roll and straight A student. Boycott this place if you have children of color. And I will be letting all my friends and family who live in Lincoln Park to do the same

This is a very nice theater in a shopping plaza with food and other places as well as residences. The parking is only two dollars if you go to the theater and you can pay at the kiosk before you go to the parking lot or after you get to the car. The theater will validate your parking for three hours for $2 When it would normally be $14. There’s a great selection of movies and it has many theaters and the seats are comfortable. However, I don’t personally like the carpet because they smell after a while even though this is a relatively new theater and the seats can also smell when they’re not able to be easily cleaned because they’re also cloth. The seating arrangement was also difficult because there are no labels for letters and only really have mostly numbers in the seating area so you have to look up the seating arrangement online to see where you’re supposed to be sitting. The roses have numbers on the seats, but they don’t have letters on the rows which is part of the assignment when you get seats. But if it’s not very crowded, I don’t think it really matters. There’s plenty of bathrooms and there are kept well and there are also Individual bathrooms.
