Theatre is fine. Pretty clean the few times I’ve been. They don’t really have stadium seating that I’ve seen. So the seating is more flat. Not a fan of that. Workers are hit or miss. Some kind others not so much. I’ve attached two photos. I had to have my ticket switched to move closer and have a better view of the screen.

I love the dine in AMC theaters bc the seats are so comfortable and plush and relaxed for your back. Nice concession stand area and staff are nice. Clean bathrooms and modern. Huge parking lot: easy place to enjoy. And norridge is a safe and nice neighborhood of Chicago.

Great Avatar 3 film! We love it alot! One more thing, i lost my wallet then their team (Ms Jessica) helped me to find it out. Team was very helpful. Love you all!!! We will come back and enjoy more new films.

Made the mistake to wear shorts on the reclining chairs. The reclining chairs are comfy though, definitely adds to the overall experience.

I am extremely disappointed and upset by my recent experience at this movie theater. While watching a movie I had been waiting a year to see, an intoxicated couple was allowed into the showing and sat next to me. They smelled strongly of tequila and beer and were clearly already drunk before entering the theater. During the movie, the boyfriend reached over, grabbed my hand, ran his hand up the side of my stomach, and groped my chest. I had to physically push his hand off of me. He then proceeded to drink out of my cherry slushee without permission, and when his girlfriend said something to him about it, he muttered, “I don’t give a shit.” Later, with about 20 minutes left in the movie, he began snoring loudly, disturbing multiple people around us. This should never have been allowed to happen. The theater needs to be much more aware of who they are letting into showings, especially when customers appear visibly intoxicated. I went there expecting to enjoy a movie in a safe environment, but instead I was sexually assaulted and had the entire experience ruined. Management needs to take guest safety seriously, monitor intoxicated customers, and make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
