Despite retaining its comfortable reclining seats, the theater exhibits signs of age. The carpet and lighting fixtures are outdated, contributing to an antiquated ambiance. Additionally, the bathroom is in disrepair, with visible dirt and trash on the seats. While a newly constructed parking lot has been recently renovated for the opening of the adjacent hospital, it may pose challenges in terms of parking availability.

The movie theater itself is incredibly dated and expensive. We paid $29 for 2 matinee tickets on a weekday. The parking situation is an actual nightmare. If you want to go to this theater, don’t even bother parking. We validated our parking ticket upstairs in the theater with the help of an attendant who never mentioned anything about keeping the initial ticket. This wasn’t intuitive to us, as other theaters give you a receipt from paying which you scan to leave. When we got to the exit, an attendant with an attitude told us we needed the initial ticket, which we couldn’t find since we prioritized the paid receipt. He kept repeating that we needed the ticket, which we repeated we didn’t have, showing him the receipt. He then called the customer service line on the receipt box at the exit which took a significant amount of time since the call kept going in and out. The validated parking was $8 but it would’ve been $30 without the validation, both prices are absolutely absurd. If you frequent the movies like we do, save your money and go somewhere else.

This movie theater is fairly average overall. The staff is friendly, and the reclining seats are still comfortable, which is a plus. However, the theater itself feels quite outdated and could really benefit from some upgrades, along with a more thorough deep cleaning. Given that ticket prices are on par with other Regal locations, and especially AMC theaters, it doesn’t feel like the best value. You’re likely better off spending your money at a newer, more modern, more updated & higher quality theater. That said, it still gets the job done if you’re just looking to see a movie.

Last two movies I saw there were way too loud all the way from pre-preview ads into the feature. Like gratingly loud, I couldn't hear my friends over the ads. I'm not old and I go to plenty of loud shows, the sound in the theatres is just uncomfortably loud.

Definitely do not recommend. Run down, dirty and terrible design of recliners with bad spacing. If you want more of the experience of ‘America in Decline’ go here. For me, movies and their theaters should not remind me of that reality. Find another option.
