Good experience overall. I love the movies. I love going out to eat. I love eating while watching a movie. Unfortunately chunkys is closed in Massachusetts (iykyk). But this is a good option. Default movie chairs with a snack tray table. Watched scary movie 6. Obviously an amazing movie. The ads and previews are quite funny and eccentric here. Order through your phone using the we code at each seat. I have a dairy allergy and I heard they have good substitutions. I got the buffalo cauliflower and a lemon pepper wing with fries. Good scary movie 6 meal. It was tasty. I had the vegan ranch. I would recommend and go again.

Okay, so this is still my absolute favorite place to see a movie. Good food, friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Everything is great here except for one thing that was super annoying. It says you have 20 minutes till movie ends to settle your bill. I keep my atm/credit cards off when I'm not using them. Sat in my seat, turned my card on and ordered. Saw I had 20 minutes till movie is over to settle so I turned my card back off. During the most intense part of "Obsession" the staff comes in and tells me my card was declined, asked me to tap to pay etc.. I'm thinking in my head, you couldn't have waited until the credits start to roll? Right at the climax of the movie I gotta turn my phone on, disrupt everyone else watching and I get to miss the epic scene?? Fail.. I was soooooo bummed. Other than that, thos place is awesome.

My husband and I used to love coming here because it felt more special than the average movie experience. Being able to write down what we wanted from the menu and press a button to light up felt whimsical and different, and their zero tolerance policy for distractions made it a great alternative to noisy theaters. Now they got rid of the paper ordering, which takes away the magic AND forces people on their phones, contradicting their own policy. And at this particular location, it takes FOREVER for food to arrive, so forget about refills or any add ons. We used to go out of our way to come here but next time we’ll bring be bringing purse burritos to our local theater. Would love to come back someday if they return to their roots though

Why are there MICE running around the theaters?!?! i’ve been here in the past before and have had mediocre experiences, but when I saw the mice running in row four I just about jumped. It made it to row five I thought it was funny. Finally, when it came to row six I wanted to stand on my chair because this mouse could jump as high as Jordan. I got the popcorn and now I’m skeptical, but I’m eating kernels. Tainted with rat. Droplets that we found behind our seats. I don’t know who to report this to, but the amount of mouse droppings in sightings of the Alamo mouse requires intervention from some health department.

Love this place! Never been to an Alamo quite like this one. When I lived in Northern VA that I went to but it’s location isn’t as integrated with nice restaurants and definitely didn’t have the nice bar/restaurant and foyer that dramatically displays an imposing figure as you go up the escalator! My daughter and I were there to watch “How to Train your Dragon”. Theatre 9 was huge with all tiers of seats clear view to the giant screen. The. We were able to seat ourselves 30 me it’s before screening, the pre-shows were original and entertaining (visualize animated dinosaurs dancing to Latino music). There were large comfortable heated seats where you can choose the heat level. Each had a tray which has menu and drink list tucked away, a pen and note paper where you write your menu selection and a button for you to press for wait staff to come to read your order. We ordered popcorn with churros. Other variations were savory and sounded delicious , something for me to go back to, to try them all! The order came out quickly and it was really great with generous churro crumbles! And what’s great? For $13, it’s free refills!!
