I had a terrible experience at this movie theater. The food was disgusting and seemed old and poorly prepared. The entire place was filthy, with trash on the floors, sticky seats, and dirty restrooms that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. What made the experience even worse was the staff. Several employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. I also felt that some staff members treated customers differently based on their race, which was very upsetting and unacceptable. Overall, the theater was dirty, the food was gross, and the customer service was awful. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be returning.

Theater was pretty clean. Food service was a little bit slow considering there wasn’t much of a crowd. The only men’s restroom I found was very small and awkward getting in and out with guys on both sides of the door. I don’t have much of a picture quality review because my 3D glasses seemed either smudged with something I couldn’t wipe off or they were scuffed. Either way the picture wasn’t very sharp. Sound was good. Watched Mandalorian and Grogu.

If I could give 0 stars I would, let me start by saying this was supposed to be a night out with my daughter as a mother daughter date. As an adult now it's important for our family to have those connections. This was by far the worst experience at a theater, seating wise you'd have better luck at ICON these seats are uncomfortable to say the least. Food was OK at best but way over priced , all in tickets and food I spent $130 dollars. We went to see the advanced preview of Wicked For Good movie, we were excited and looking forward to getting the advertised popcorn buckets and special drink cups, sadly we were told they weren't available, big disappointment 😢, none of the advertised items were available. Then half way through the movie a lady came in the theater hollering that movie posters were available, so I left the theater to try and get at least 2 posters for my daughter and I, only to be told they were for the other group watching Wicked For Good in a different theater. Then how did this lady get 3 posters for our theater group. All in all the movie was good but AMC had nothing to do with that, the theater as a whole sucks. I suggest you visit ICON theaters for a better experience.

Honestly, this was the worst AMC theater I’ve ever been to. First off, the popcorn was terrible. It was cold and had zero salt on it. Yes, there were salt shakers by the butter station, but I had to send my husband back twice just to make it somewhat edible… like come on. Second, the seating was a huge letdown. I’m used to the reclining seats at AMC being quality and actually reclining , and these were nowhere near that level. Ours were worn down and just old….. It honestly felt like they hadn’t been updated since AMC first opened. And third, the overall vibe just wasn’t it. There were kids playing around during the movie, and everything felt way too lax and unorganized. Only reason I gave 2 star was because the movie we saw was overall great but thats IT . Yeah… definitely not coming back.

I feel the theater false advertise with the Super Mario Galaxy first Imax showing on April 1st which stated on website viewers would get a free mystery full size poster, I asked the employees who knew nothing about it and said they would contact there manager, but I never seen them attempt to ask, apparently no one knew anything about it, side unrelated note this theater would be better with recliners. Considering this theater is some what out of my way and I specifically went tovsee in Imax there for the promotion I was left with a bad taste. PLEASE DONT FALSE ADVERTISE! Also if they didn't recieve there stock that all they had to tell me instead act like they don't know, not saying that what happened but that the only thing I could think of.
