Icon Cinemas is a solid choice if you’re looking for a theater that isn’t overwhelmingly busy. Crowds really depend on the popularity of the movie, but overall it’s a calmer, more relaxed place to watch a film. The staff is accommodating and the atmosphere feels easygoing. The biggest downside is accessibility. There aren’t truly handicap‑accessible doors, which makes entering the building difficult for anyone using a wheelchair. It’s an important area that really needs improvement. Food-wise, they do pretty well. The popcorn isn’t always the freshest, but it’s still decent. I like that they offer both soda and ICEEs — always a plus. The seats are comfortable, though a few can be a bit noisy when you move around. All in all, Icon Cinemas is a nice option if you want a quieter theater experience and don’t mind a few quirks. With better accessibility and fresher popcorn, it would be an easy favorite.

I hate to give this place such a bad review as it is usually a good place for us. However, tonight was one of the worst movie theater experiences we have had. There were two people sitting infront of us both talking, playing on their phones, and recording parts of the movie. I shushed them several times with no luck. My husband finally went to complain. Two staff members come in but all they did was check their tickets. They did not ask them to refrain from using their phones or talking. So, of course they continues. I kept shushing them with no luck. I got so frustrated that I went to complain. A staff member came back into the movie theater but didn't say anything. I finally got to a point that I looked at my husband and said let's go. I mean if this is the environment I wanted to watch this movie in I would've gone to a bar. When I told the manager what happened and ask for a refund his response was " we have to give them three warnings before we can do anything". However, there wasn't any warnings. Eitherway, he gave us our refund with no incentive on coming back. Which, truthfully we might not. There's a theater closer to us anyway.

Took my kiddo here on a day that wasn't too busy and I was impressed! He had been wanting to see the movie "Migration" since it was released. This was my first time at an Icon Cinema. For tickets and (plenty) of snacks for 2 combined was $45. With ticket prices included, this wasn't bad. The facility was clean, the seats in the theatre were spacious and comfortable, and the quality of the show wasn't half bad. The sound wasn't balanced so well and the girl who helped us had a "meh" attitude, however she was still super helpful and answered all my questions. The self serve everything was probably my FAVORITE part! I loaded up on the butter and cheese for my nachos. I will be returning for more movie dates with my kids! Please don't ever close this theatre, it's a gem. We had a great time!

Reclining, comfortable seats. Very clean and excellent customer service. FREE REFILLS ON DRINKS AND POPCORN!!!! If you haven’t been tto this theater, you’ve gotta try it out!!!!!

Sr popcorn and drink ..went up from $5 why?? $ for a Popcorn /Drink..is outrageous Comphy seats some need too be replaced tho . The table is cool BUT super close quarters PTSD issues temp need too be controlled.. biggest concern..security for u car ..break-ins mine was key at tramway tented windows. No response
