IMAX at AMC CLASSIC Albuquerque 12

The customer service was horrible from beginning to end. There was no friendly service at all. The workers all seem to have a frown to be there. There was hardly any customers but the workers all seem annoyed to help anyone. The manager wasn't any better. I had placed an order ahead of time but my order wasn't ready and than found out they didn't have enough to make my takie popcorn. Which wasn't handle very well. First I had to find the order on my phone for them to get it ready. Than no popcorn which the manager mishandled the whole situation. Had me pay for an small popcorn. It was their mistake not mine but I still had to pay. Because that is their policy which the manager kept saying. I would never recommend this place to friends or family. I only went because I was given a gift card for Christmas. The IMAX was great tho that was the only positive about the whole experience. Just watch the movie skip the concession. Customers don't seem that important to AMC

3/2022: HIGHLY DEFINITELY RECOMMEND: A LIST PREMIERE MEMBER REVIEW. Very clean venue, friendly team members and the least expensive theaters in Albuquerque. There's lots of accessible and other parking spaces and the area is well lit. I did not experience any venue or food issues, just issues with the IMAX movie I chose (I didn't do proper research and ended up walking out of the theater) Popcorn smells delicious in the lobby, all Coa Cola multiple selection drink machines were working and clean, ICEE machines were functioning. I didn't eat any food so I can't review that Overall, give AMC 12 Las Estancias a try and enjoy your movie experience.

Beautiful, clean, and inviting Theater. Staff are professional, polite and attentive. Popcorn fresh. Self-serve soda stations are always well maintained.
