This is my preferred theater. It has acceptable lebels of staff and there is security onsite. It is pricier but worth it, since I have been to other theaters where there have been fights and the bathrooms have been trashed. Even though there is drinking alcohol, folks treat one another with respect. The screen quality is great and there are about 1/2 of shorts before the show starts. The staff is enthusiastic, positive and professional.

I was in Theater 8 watching Obsession with my boyfriend and I wanted to leave a review for Jen because she was amazing. She was our server, and her service was honestly one of the best parts of our visit. She was very quick, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Our food and drinks came out fast, and she checked on us throughout the movie without ever being disruptive. She was so friendly and had such a positive attitude, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell Jen genuinely cares about her guests. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, and she made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Great customer service can be hard to find sometimes, and Jen absolutely exceeded expectations. Thank you, Jen, for being so kind and hardworking. We really appreciated everything you did, and we’ll definitely be back!

I really want to give Flix 5 stars, but its just been so inconsistent of late. We had 5 visits in the past month or so, two have been great, but the others, not as much. As a rule, I have to say, the employee's always seem to be friendly, sometimes just not so helpful. One trip we had finished our appetizer and I still hadn't got my water, and I'd asked 3 times. On another visit with 6 of us, celebrating 3 birthdays, one of our party, the youngest celebrating his 13th birthday, waited thirty minutes for his burger after the rest of us got our food. We asked about it several times. That's inexcusable, and there was no offer from anyone to make this right! Another time we had to repeatedly ask for a refill on the popcorn, which came 25 minutes after the initial request. We used to love coming to here, but honestly think about it twice anymore. It's sad because its a fun place, food is always good, with lots of options. The theodore itself is usually a comfortable temperature. The seating is comfortable, with tables that you can pull towards you, for your food and drink. Some seats do have small fold out trays that don't work as well. They are clearly marked when ordering your tickets so just be mindful. Near the front, they do have a reclining chairs as well. They have great and unique beers, and they have so many movie specials you just can't get at other theaters.

This past Thirsday afternoon we watched The Devil Wears Prada at Flix, and Madison made the entire experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks refreshed, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the movie without ever being disruptive. Madison’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made our afternoon even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond so naturally. We will definitely be returning, and we hope to have Madison as our server again. Thank you for helping make our movie day such a great experience!

Love Flixbrewhouse, this is my favorite place to watch movies and I watch a lot of movies. Been to both Coors and Tramway locations, but the Coors location is my favorite! All our interactions with the staff are great. On the rare occasion that something doesn’t live up to my expectations, management is quick to respond and resolve the issue. I have dealt with Meraya, and she is awesome and makes me feel like she cares that I have a great Flixbrewhouse experience. My biggest hope for the Coors location is that it gets full recliners for all the seats like the Tramway location. Right now, only the first few rows have recliners.
