Tried this for "girl's night out" and had a great time. Ordered the mushroom swiss burger and I think it was the best burger I've ever eaten! The bun/bread was very tasty and a very thick burger. Tons of fries. It took me 2 hrs to eat it all!! None of us gals are beer drinkers, so we were very happy to learn that there were lots of other cocktails available...like a typical bar. The seats and tables were clean and adjustable, and the staff were fantastic. The food was so good that I would go there just to eat...and drink.

Went on a Tuesday night. Recliners were great! Movie was great. Was not impressed by the prices, service, or experience of buying tickets online. Took over 30 minutes for them to take our order- we were literally the first people seated. West side is the best side. We pretty much always had a great experience there. Sadly seems like economic times have impacted the fish and chips portions for the worse. Their call buttons seem to be defunct- or possibly ignored. They’d better up their games if they wanna charge an average cost of $40 per dinner and 18% gratuity!!

Customer service was alright Their soda machine actually works (unlike the other location), so we were ecstatic about this Much closer to our home Clean facility Consistent food quality Easy online booking Upgraded seats, MUCH better recliners We did not have an issue with the menu. Tables are smaller than the location of Coors, however, it wasn't a huge issue. They installed actual cup holders, which I thought they were nice as I was always afraid of spilling my drink with the other tables. Prices went up, so we don't visit Flix as often anymore. Food is wildly pricey for the type of food. I really wish they wouldn't bother putting chairs so close to the screen. There is no way anybody would consider the 2 rows in the front to be comfortable. You're basically kissing the screen and feels like they put profit over customer comfort. (This issue extends to both theaters). We will return to this location once in awhile.

Went here specifically for the food since I was watching Kill Bill and a five hour movie a noon needs a lunch. The seats were comfortable. The fact that everything is controlled through your phone was super helpful. The service was good but the girl was overwhelmed during intermission and forgot my refill, I went out of my way to get cash for tip but saw the 20% automatic gratuity on the bill and decided not to leave cash. The beer selection was good, and expected for a brewhouse, I had a blonde beer for the first half and a dark brew for the second, both good flavor etc. The food was a disappointment. The Mac n cheese was reheated meh. I saw and employee with wings that looked okay. The stoner that had a burger behind me said he’d rather had a burger from somewhere else. Seems my idea of sneaking food into a regal might have been a better option.

The only reason I am even giving 3 instead of 1 stars is for one young girl with curly hair who made up for some of the environment created by a young girl sitting. Had possibly the worst experience anyone could have. Walked in was greeted by a seemingly very happy young girl and needed to buy tickets, She informed me the other young girl in a chair would help me with those tickets so I walk over and was greeted by a very shallow rude stare. I thought nothing of it when I went to speak she just starred and gave a big sigh. Again brushed it off and she selected my tickets at this point the other young girl had come back from greeting others and gave me another smile. The girl who was selling my tickets was rude when my card declined from tap to pay and said “You are gonna have to just hold it till it beeps” and once again a sigh along with a eye roll and muttered something under her breath very rudely to which the other kid calmly stated “Our machines picky if you just hold it there for a second it should go through” sure enough it did. As i was handed my tickets the girl that was standing seemingly greeted me with another big smile as I walked away. This is not the first interaction that has been horrible with said young girl but it has gotten to the point where my wife and I both know to rush the kids away if we see she is at the front just so she cannot be rude to us and the children. (We do not expect everyone to be happy but it has become a daily occurrence of the other two front girls who's names are Lillian and Rhylee being the sweetest and the one in the chair being harsh and overall very rude.) I do not understand where the rudeness came from the woman sitting but it is a horrible look on this company.
