Wasted over $40 for snacks on a movie that is out on Netflix cause the tickets were $1.00. Get to the theater wait forever in line for snacks. Waited 30 min in the theater for a movie to play. Finally have an update from the worker that the projector was broken. Next few minutes we are getting told to leave and that we can get a refund. But I’m sure it’s just refund on the tickets and NOT the snacks. We just left. Won’t ever see a movie here ever again. Thanks a lot.

EVERYTHING is broken here, the slushy machine, every lock on each stall in the women’s restroom, no toilet paper and it smells terrible! Even my reclining seat was broken. Also least of their problems they’re out of everything no dip n dots, pretzels. 😂 I do enjoy the staff tho even though they definitely don’t clean!

This place is a dump. The bathrooms are not maintained and have not been updated in over a decade. The theater smells of a combination of feet, musty urine, and popcorn. If you expect the actual auditoriums to not be as bad, you will be disappointed to find out that the majority or perhaps all of the auditoriums have no air conditioning. I felt like I paid an astronomical amount for a hot yoga session in a porta-potty filled with popcorn located in the wastelands of Alamogordo. I implore you to choose another theater for your next movie.

When we first miced here 9 yrs ago, this was my go to theater. Love they have reclining seats. Haven't been in a while til yesterday. This place is disgusting. Take pride in the property you manage. Just because the mall is going downhill, doesn't mean the theater has to follow. 3 of the 4 stalls out of toilet paper, I door (with TP, won't lock) Years of dirt grime puke on the floors floors Sink stopped up. You can do better.

We went to go see a movie and the theatre was extremely hot . We let staff know and they said they knew about the issue that the ac was not working in some of the theatres . My wife and I left because it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We wasted our money too and staff didn’t seem to care about the issue .
