This newly built theater is beautiful and grand. We tried the new 4DX theater. It was an exiting experience. It did have smells but it was only one smell. Unexpected jets of air come from behind as well as below. The chairs move in groups of 4 to get the maximum movement I would choose 1st and 4th seats in the group. I felt sometimes like I was in a massage spa as my back got thumped in multiple spots. As a 50+ year person I would suggest you might want to bring your motion sickness pills and a neck pillow. Finding the row is easy. Finding your seat could be tricky since the seat numbers are listed at the beginning of each 4 seat section. But we figured a need hack after we sat down. the row and seat number is listed on the back of the chair, OUT OF SITE. So look at the row below you and that can tell you if you have reach your seat number in your own row.

Great movie theater! Pros: If you open an account, they will give you free popcorn that month Great layout on the movie room seating, and I don't see anyone in front of me Comfy seats with tables and cup holders They have party rooms Multiple places to take pictures with your family Plenty of parking with great illumination Massage seat in the waiting area A waiting area where you can wait for your Uber Plenty of bathrooms The employees are not overly nice but they are professional which I love. Cons The cleaning can improve in the movie room as well as in the bathrooms. This is why I given 4 start.

Really nice theatre with great seating and very nice staff. My only issue is the incredibly high prices for concessions. I paid 21$ for a medium drink & a small thing of nachos. Great place for the expierience and comfort, not the best if your looking to go watch a movie without spending 50$+

We went to buy tickets at unmanned kiosk computer, selected seats, bought candy even and then the credit card machine doesn't work. Frustrating, I know but not a big deal until my Partner's credit card gets shut off because of said broken credit card machine. In hindsight we should have left here. OK, we regroup, no big deal, reorder the tickets on a machine that seems to be working, buy seats next to eachother-the last two in the theater, buy candy and soft drink on same unmanned machine in front on my ard because my partner's is no longer working. Walk into the lobby and it feels like chaos, there is a giant line, children screaming, a sense of dystopia, and frantic teenage employees behind the counter. Get into the line for online orders which is shorter. We wait for 20 minutes to get a Pepsi and Reese's Pieces. Great got snacks. We enter the theater and realize the seats they sold us together are not together at all and the only seats left are the unwatchable front row. Do we separate at this point? No we came to watch together. I guess we get a refund. Soooo back into the lobby, ask how we can get a refund and are pointed to the same long concession lines as before. We took a deep breath, looked around the lobby for an actual employee to talk to, but none were to be found. So we left without a refund because the frantic teenage employees behind the concession stand do not deserve it. This is not the employees fault, it is on Regal for not hiring enough employees and misrepresenting the seats in the theater. Worst non movie experience ever. 2 stars only because it is not on the employees. I doubt we will ever go back and we live close by.

I'm glad that they've done some work on the theaters, adding more recliner seating. They also seem to have built up their workforce a bit, although there are still some very long lines for concessions, and I never understood why they don't have at least one person dedicated to simply filling orders rather than having the person at the register doing everything. I've always thought these theaters were poorly managed, but they are getting a little better. One big complaint, though: If you're allowing people to purchase concession ahead of time (either through the app or at a kiosk) DON'T MAKE THEM WAIT IN LINE! I purchased concession in advance one time and still had to wait in line with everyone else. Doesn't make any sense!
