Comfortable seating, great sound, and a clean, modern setup that makes the whole experience feel elevated. Screens are crisp, staff is efficient, and the pretzel was honestly a standout. Soft, warm, perfectly salted. Worth coming back for.

AMC Concord Mills 24 is a great movie theater—especially if you’re willing to pay a bit extra for a premium experience. They have some exceptional screens, including a Dolby Cinema theater with incredible sound and picture quality. The audio alone is powerful and immersive, and the screen clarity really takes movies to another level. They also have an IMAX theater, which is another great option for big, cinematic releases. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but if you’re going to see a movie you’re really excited about, it’s absolutely worth the upgrade. Overall, this is a top-tier theater for a high-quality movie experience.

Went to see Micheal on April 25th. I was visiting from another state but wanted to see Micheal opening weekend. This has to be one of the nastiest theaters I’ve ever been to! The concession stand area where you get the butter and drinks was disgusting. First of all, they had 4 butter stations and only 1 had butter. The slushy areas had slushy and soda over flowing in the drains. The soda machines didn’t have ice. The bathrooms were nasty and hadn’t been cleaned. The actual theater had sticky floors and trash on them. I bought IMAX tickets and thought the seats reclined but they didn’t. I could be wrong about the seats though. I enjoyed the movie and the movie goers were pleasant and made the movie enjoyable BUT overall this just wasn’t a good experience.

The Dolby cinema was amazing and clean, and even the regular 2D theater screen was very clear and loud. Popcorn was delicious and concessions went by fast as a Premiere member. The feel of a big movie theater is always surreal, and with 24 screens there is a movie for everyone! Would recommend for anyone wanting to see a good AMC movie! Made for a great Wicked and Sonic 3 experience.

This is not an IMAX theater in any meaningful sense. The seats are outdated and dingy, the screen was blurry, and the 3D was subpar at best. Considering the ticket price, this experience was disappointing. I say this reluctantly as an AMC shareholder, but it’s the truth.
