It has a really good theatre. The seats are in good shape and recline, the screen is large, and the sound is decent. I enjoyed watching the movie in this theatre. However, the outside needs to renovation and Regal needs to have better food options. My group are consistently unhappy with food options. As far as watching the movie goes… it was great.

Regal Starlight is a movie theater that I enjoy, even though it’s not the closest one to me and I don’t go there very often. Overall, it’s a solid theater with comfortable seating and a generally pleasant experience. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but one of its biggest advantages is how quiet it tends to be. Compared to busier theaters like AMC or Carolina Mall Cinema, Regal Starlight usually has much lower foot traffic, which makes for a more relaxed and quiet viewing experience. If you’re looking for a calmer, less crowded place to watch a movie, this is probably one of the better options in the area.

RATS. This theater has a serious and ongoing infestation. I went to see The Devil Wears Prada on 4/30/26 with four friends, and we were absolutely disgusted to see multiple rats running around inside Theater 14 during the movie. This was not a one-off sighting—there were several, and they were clearly comfortable moving around the theater. We immediately left and requested refunds, which were given. The manager, Brandon P., was polite and handled the refund appropriately, but that does not make up for the fact that customers are being exposed to an environment like this. Afterward, I checked Google and Yelp reviews and was shocked to see similar complaints going back over a year. This is not a new issue—it appears to be a known, ongoing problem that has not been properly addressed. This is a major health concern. Rats carry disease, and no one should be expected to sit through a movie with rodents running around their feet. It’s unacceptable. I would strongly urge anyone considering this theater to stay away until this issue is completely resolved. Honestly, I’m surprised it’s still open given the severity and consistency of these reports

Good theater to see movies. All stadium seats that recline and have trays for snacks. Food selection limited to the staples, popcorn, drinks and candy. But, that's all you really need. Easy to get to, right off of I-485. We prefer this theater over the AMC at Concord Mills because you don't get involved in all the mall traffic.

Less crowded than other theaters which is a plus. My reclining seat didn't work and you can tell the theatre is dated. Also make sure nothing is going on at PNC Pavillion otherwise its brutal traffic.
