This was our second time coming here. Since this was a late Friday night showing on the opening day/weekend of the movie (Jordan Peele's "Him"), it was much more crowded than the first time we came here (Sunday evening). Even though there were a lot of people, we didn't feel like we waited long for anything - coming in, ordering food and ordering drinks. General area and within the theater was kept decent. We like and enjoy the dine in your seats aspect. Food is decent and most people would be able to find something. They were low on stuff at the condiments bar, so we had to get some stuff from the staff working the concession stand. We got in the theater as previews were about to start and a staff member brought the food to our seats within minutes of us sitting down - so perfect timing. Good experience and we plan to see more movies here moving forward.

First off, parking is easy but expensive. Second, we had a 9am show for Avatar 3 so we used the side AMC entrance, the theater is on the top level (3?), and because it was an early show they did not have food ready - just popcorn. The quality of the screen and sound were spot on - it was a fully immersive experience - this is how all movies should be like. For parking, movie tickets, popcorn, and soda the cost was about $100 - which is pretty steep compared to Winchester, VA but the city is always going to cost more to enjoy. No regrets.

This theater is perfect for those visiting Downtown. Located in the the Fashion District in Philadelphia. The only downside to this theater is the number of screens. It only ever shows about 6 films. But it is located directly upstairs from the SEPTA Jefferson Station at the 10th Street exit. Has a full bar, lounge area, and all food options are available.

Theatre staff food and cleanliness was great! My complaint is solely for the bartender that worked Friday night. When we first arrived to the bar it was a Caucasian lady she was fine, I believe she was only filling in. Soon as the bartender arrived she was instantly rude to us for absolutely no reason (short pixie cut African American slimmer built about 5”4 in height) . There were 2 drinks we were missing, she made 1 of the 2 and I informed her. In which she replied with a rude remark, can’t exactly remember what it was but it was extremely snarky like she was annoyed. Like ma’am you came in late for your shift, don’t take it out on your customers. She definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall it would have been a great experience cause food was surprisingly good and all the other staff were amazing.

I came here on 5/23 to see the movie Obsession. I pre purchased my tickets, popcorn, and drink through the app using Groupon vouchers. However, no movie was seen because upon entering the theatre, every single seat was taken, including the ones that we paid for and reserved in advance. We had no choice but to leave because there were literally no seats in the entire theatre. I’m not sure if the theatre overbooked the room, or people were sneaking in, but no matter the case, my boyfriend and I were unable to see the movie. We had no choice but to turn around and leave upon confirming that there truly were no more seats open. Not only did we waste our money on tickets but because our tickets, popcorn, and drink were purchased via vouchers, the vouchers are completely wasted and are not able to be used again since ordering was done online. Extremely disappointed in our experience and oversight on the part of the theatre. We will never be returning and I suggest you don’t either.
