Really wanted to leave a better rating but this was a rough experience. First time here too. They had one guy working the food with a line of 20. He definitely needed help. Second the bathrooms were gross like out of a horror movie. Last, our reclining seats were broken. We tried to move too an others didnt work as well. However, on a good note, the popcorn was amazing!

I absolutely love Cinemark Somerdale 16. It’s become my go-to theater because the experience is always consistently good. The recliner seats are super comfortable, the theaters are clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. What really stands out is how relaxed the atmosphere feels compared to a lot of other theaters in the area. Parking is easy, it’s usually not overly crowded, and the XD theater is awesome for big movies. The sound and picture quality are excellent. You can tell they care about keeping the place nice. Definitely one of the best movie theater experiences in South Jersey.

No complaints what-so-ever. Food line was addressed very quickly and the movie was great. I was having troubles with my ticket but a worker named Gabby helped me very quickly and was super patient and polite. At the time I was very stressed about seeing a movie alone, but she calmed my nerves and I enjoyed the movie so overall a good experience. Will come back again soon!

Overall a very satisfying experience. The chairs are completely comfortable. They are adjustable and creates extra comfort for your movie experience. The theater is clean and since the reopening the rooms are quiet and less crowded. If you are in the South Jersey area, this is definitely a movie house that you should stop into. Great staff and fresh snacks. The bathrooms are super clean as well. Thanks for reopening. Your business was missed ♥️🌹🥂

This was my first time at a Cinemark theater and it definitely won't be my last! The theater was very clean and the seats were comfortable. I especially loved the fact that you can place orders and have them brought to your seat. This is a great option for those who want to avoid the concession lines. I will definitely be back to this theater again.
