The Universal Sphere is a short but a free entertaining immersive experience, designed as a 3D/4D-style cinematic ride inside the Comcast Technology Center campus. The experience itself is fun and visually engaging, but it is quite brief. It can also trigger motion sickness for anyone sensitive to fast-moving 3D visuals or simulated motion, so it’s best suited for visitors who tolerate ride-style attractions comfortably. Adding more physical effects—like wind or water spray—would likely have made it feel more immersive and dynamic. On the positive side, the staff stand out as a highlight. They are welcoming, friendly, and add to the experience with enthusiastic interaction. The “dragon training license” you receive at the end is a playful touch that leaves guests with a memorable souvenir. Overall, it’s a highly recommended quick attraction if you enjoy immersive media experiences and aren’t prone to motion sickness.

Some friends and I went today and had a great time. It's an IMAX type of immersive domed cinema experience, and the seats move, rumble a little, etc. I experienced a little vertigo and had to shut my eyes a couple of times, which isn't something that usually happens to me. I enjoyed it nonetheless. We saw the Shrek Christmas video. It's a fun, fifteen minute stop on your holiday wanderings. Making the (free) ticket reservations online ahead of time was easy. Arriving ten minutes before showtime helps.

Great surprise exhibit. I knew there was a sphere, and it took my group some searching to find it. The staff in both buildings were outstanding with giving us directions and information. It was very nice that the film inside is free, and there was no line for the next show. We were given a sensory kit for my toddler, just in case he got overwhelmed with the audio or visuals. It was a short but impressive experience inside, with a fun ending. I recommend and will visit again. Shout out to Brandon, the security officer that we ran into downstairs, for his above and beyond service. He made us feel very welcome.

So much fun to experience! I had eight family members in town to do holiday stuff and I reserved spots for us all in the Universal Sphere. Wow I was not ready for the movie moment (no worries it’s fun) all had a blast!!! Plus it’s FREE! Five stars to the “sleigh flights crew” member employees take care of everyone. Overall ten stars (loved Shrek and donkey) entertainment I’d recommend for everyone. I was able to reserve free tix same day online which was awesome.

We did the ride to the North Pole with Shrek & Donkey 🎅🫏🎄 This was sooooooo FANTABULOUS 🪄😲👏💃😍👌 Highly HIGHLY recommend for Grandparents, or parents for that matter, to make QUITE the holiday impression 🎄🎅🥰👌
