Dolby cinema theater was great! Very comfy recliners. I wouldn’t sit any closer than row G if you’re in the Dolby theater. You’ll need to enter through the mall entrance

This was my 1st time @ this theater. Everyone was courteous, theater gvs an old-time feel not dated... seats were rocker style but xl & plush... I love that they hv sooo many screens so they show movies not offered @ smaller theaters... I drove 1.5hrs to this theater.. It's easily accessible from the hwy... It did not disappoint, bathrooms were beautiful... I'm an A lister so ihv been to many AMC's just to name a few... GA, Multiple in NYC, Multiple in PA, multiple in NJ, MD and 1 of my fav's Disney Springs in FL.

This theater is long overdue for upgrades. I went to watch Freaky Friday for the nostalgia, and while I was excited, the experience at AMC turned out to be terrible. The AC wasn’t working, the seats were old and worn—like they hadn’t been updated in decades—and the restroom near the entrance smelled unpleasant. As an AMC member, I had hoped to make use of my Stubs card, but the overall visit was one of the worst I’ve had. Online, the Dolby and laser viewing options looked impressive, but the poor ambiance ruined the experience completely. In the end, it just wasn’t worth it. If you want to enjoy a movie, I’d suggest going to a different theater.

app glitched and messed up my food order, which they refused to just easily make right, so otherwise the theater is okay, the IMAX and Dolby experiences are usually great. This experience upset me and management made me feel like it was my fault. Just wanted to pass the buck. They need to listen and empathize with people better - especially in a time sensitive environment where people pay for things quickly and expect prompt service.

AMC Neshaminy 24 is a big, well-known theater with lots of screens and movie options — including IMAX and Dolby formats — and many people still enjoy going there for the film selection and convenience. I personally rate it 7 out of ten because there was no recliner seats.
