Soulmate208 Cuevas a month agoHad a great time seeing Micheal Jackson's movie, with my dad, and niece.. love how the seats recline and the space in between. No one gets bothered..
Dwayne Sowa (Dude) a month agoSeats falling apart. Teenager in ticket booth has hard time speaking loud enough to hear. Computer at ticket booth does not clearly point to where movie screen is. Second row from back was actually.... 2nd row from big screen. Plus he told us last row is for wheelchair only. As I was panting from walk from car and using a walker. Only to learn back row has 4 recliners and 4 spaces for wheel chair. All were empty so we had to exchange tickets for handicap section. Biggest bother. Was big hallways no benches. 1st outside is fenced off for 50 feet from doors. Forcing disabled to walk extra. Inside lobby all chairs and tables off to side and not near hallway needed to enter for theaters. Further walk required with no place to sit. Not even a $50 bench outside bathroom to sit and wait for kids. A few benches in those massive hallways would be a big help for elderly and disabled. Might be ADA accessible but you need to be able to walk long distance. Good thing theaters aren't as crowded as was in past. Cant imagine navigating people with no bench to rest.
Baba Ganesh 8 months agoThe movie theatre is really good, and the recliner chairs inside are very comfortable. I watched Tron: Ares there and really enjoyed it — it’s an exciting action movie!
Official 4 months agoReally a hidden gem- this place is lowkey , well maintained & even though it’s an older theater, it’s still a great deal nicer and more comfortable then cherry hill or one of those other Ramsacked theaters. This place don’t get enough credit for a job well done! From the extensive well kept parkinglot , the staff keeping lines moving , the butter machines always working , salt shakers always filled to the trash cans being emptied and available for customers to toss their trash after a movie- this place is top five for best movie theaters to go to! Again, it’s nothing like deptfords reclining seats and modern amenities but the staff who maintain this place make it extremely welcoming and comfortable by keeping it In excellent condition! For that I rank this spot my top 5 favorite theaters and highly recommend!
Aja Sudler 3 months agoAbsolutely disgusting experience. During the movie, a mouse literally ran by our seats. It completely ruined the entire experience and honestly made me question the cleanliness of the whole theater. When we brought it to staff, all they offered was a refund, which already felt like the bare minimum for something this unacceptable. We also waited 15 minutes for a manager to come, and she never showed up. On top of that, the assistant manager refused to even give me the manager’s name. What really made things worse was the assistant manager, Liannie. When we tried to explain what happened, she looked at us and said, "well what do you want to do?" in a rude, dismissive way, like she couldn't care less. No apology, no concern—just attitude. Seeing a mouse in a movie theater is bad enough, but being treated like it's no big deal is even worse. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
