Clean theater with plentiful and easy parking. However, I've had enough time to write this review during the half hour of ads before the movie begins.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a movie theater. The managers and staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when concerns were brought to their attention. The food we received was burnt and not worth the money. On top of that, my kids and I did not feel welcomed by the way we were treated during our visit. The entire theater was dirty. The seats looked unclean, and it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location. To make matters worse, my kids and I left covered in large bites after sitting through the movie. I was completely disgusted. No family should have to worry about that while trying to enjoy a night out. Between the poor customer service, burnt food, dirty environment, and the bites we ended up with, this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this theater to anyone.

Been a long time since I came to Main St,but it was great today! The staff were all young but everyone was respectful and pleasant. The theatre itself was clean(even the cupholders were spotless) it smelled fresh and so did the bathrooms! We did go to the 1st show,so that may have played a part in how peaceful it was...it was a pleasant,mature crowd.

this place has a clean bathroom great popcorn nice employees great movies and comfortable chairs great view and the right volume so no hurt ears.

If I could give this establishment zero Stars I would. It's been 20 years or more since I've been to this theater. $8 for a hot dog. The theater was small and cramped and the seats were cracked & worn. I will not be returning to this location. The best thing about the entire experience was the bathroom was clean and it appeared to be bigger than the theater itself. I'll be sticking with my go to theater Penn Cinema in Wilmington Delaware.
