Probably the easiest parking I’ve had at a theatre. Pre-purchased my tickets which made getting to concessions and the theatre super easy. Checked out theatre 8 which had the XD experience. WOW!!! The sound was electrifying and the seats were great to relax in. They were also heard and reclining. WIN!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent experience at one of your theaters. I am a Platinum Rewards Member and a frequent patron at this location approximately three to four times per month, including well before the current staff was employed. During my most recent visit, I requested fresh popcorn—a reasonable request for a customer who frequents the theater regularly. A concession employee named Avy insisted the popcorn was “just popped” and then proceeded to mock my request to who happened to be her manager and staff while fresh popcorn was being prepared. This behavior was both inappropriate and unprofessional. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the matter would be addressed. However, during this interaction, Avy interrupted and loudly stated, “And my name is Avy!” This further escalated the situation and demonstrated a confrontational demeanor that is not aligned with the level of customer service I expect from Cinemark. Requesting fresh popcorn should never result in ridicule or hostility. I found this interaction disappointing and unacceptable, particularly given my loyalty as a regular customer. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed and that staff be reminded that customer requests—especially reasonable ones—should be handled with professionalism and respect at all times. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

I stopped in to grab popcorn for my daughter’s birthday since there weren’t many seats available for the movie she wanted—we were considering a movie night at home instead. CARSON was so helpful! He was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, helped me decide to go with the bag of popcorn instead of the bucket refill, and gave some outstanding movie recommendations. I’m excited to come back and watch Project Hail Mary!

I had a great time at this theater. I went to see the new aliens movie and it was great, I was able to try out the XD seats and they are really worth the price. When you are in the seats they move and the sound is wonderful, you feel all of the motions of the movie like you are there with the actors. The customer service was wonderful I had a movie credit from the movie club and only had to add a small difference for the movie. The theater was clean and the bathroom was as well.

Only recently have we started going back to the movies and I am glad this is the closest theater! With great projectors, sound, D-Box seats, and a bar up front...it is great for everyone. Easily locked off the highway there is always plenty of parking on the side and the lobby/theaters are always nice and clean. Definitely recommend. While I wish there was an IMAX a bit closer to us....Avatar in 3D was still mind blowing. Highly recommend if you are close!!!
