Went to go see the movie Michael. The skyline of Fort Worth was beautiful and the atmosphere was great. Brought back a lot of memories of my childhood from back in the seventies. We got the frozen margaritas and the original Cheetos popcorn. The audio connection was good quality.

I had such a great experience at **Coyote Drive-In**! It’s the perfect spot for a fun and unique date night. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and there’s just something special about watching a movie under the stars. It’s a great way to switch things up from a typical movie theater experience. Really great experience for being my first time visiting the Coyote Drive-In Theatre in Fort Worth. The gates open at 6:00pm and the front booth person will guide you to where you to the auditorium where the movie will be showing (color coded auditoriums.) The front booth employee was welcoming and gave me a laugh! I recommend going here early so you can get the good parking spot. I came here 3 hours ahead to experience the place and walk around (retro gaming booths, outdoor games, dog park, & food trucks), nice place to enjoy the outdoors while watching the Fort Worth city landscape. To listen to the movie you’ll need to tune into radio station FM 103.5 (auditorium 2.) Buy ticket online and present at ticket booth for scanning, it’ll help make the process smooth from arriving to heading to the auditorium. Parking did get packed closer to movie time and spots were being taken quickly. So I recommend going earlier than the recommended 90 minutes (for good parking.) Remember to turn off your headlights, break lights, and any lamps that can be distracting and/blocking the cars around you. Restrooms were very very clean and there’s a fan to keep the place cool.

We visited Coyote Drive-In for the first time and had a really good experience overall. One thing they didn’t mention they offer radios for rent, instead of keeping our truck on the whole time. And some people arrived late, so we noticed headlights and a bit of noise, which was a little distracting at times. We still enjoyed the night a lot. It was a fun and different experience, and everything went smoothly. We just got $8 popcorn, but it hit the spot while watching the movie.

This drive-in theater was such a refreshing experience. I hadn’t been to a drive-in movie since the peak of COVID, and this one absolutely delivered. Multiple screens, a great downtown backdrop, and solid concessions made the whole setup feel intentional and well done—not just nostalgic, but genuinely enjoyable. Everything felt smooth and easy, from finding a spot to settling in for the movie. It reminded me why drive-ins are special: relaxed, fun, and perfect for slowing down and actually enjoying the experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back, especially for a date night—it’s the kind of setting that makes the evening feel a little more memorable. Tip: Arrive early for the best viewing options. It’s worth it.
