Love this theater. We have seen lots of movies here. The vibes are cool. The seats are comfy. We always love the promotional things they put up and give away.

Our recent visit to this cinema complex several weeks ago was highly satisfactory. The venue maintained a commendable level of cleanliness, offered a dedicated children's play area, and provided a selection of food options. The screens are distributed across three levels, and we thoroughly enjoyed our cinematic experience. We wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and anticipate a return visit, despite the considerable travel distance.

Cool 3 story theatre... don't worry though there is also an escalator! We took advantage of the $5 movies since there was 5 of us. Friendly staff, lots of snacks to choose from, and lots of movie choices. The seats were comfy and had room for a walkway. Large party room with Alvin and the Chipmunks to gang out with. It's located in the side of the mall, best to park near the restaurant area.

I’ve been a rewards member with this theater for over 2 years and have never had an issue like this before. Tonight, I went to see the rated R movie “Obsession” and was asked to show ID by an employee named Richard. That alone wasn’t the issue — policies are policies. What bothered me was the inconsistency and how the situation was handled afterward. I’ve seen other rated R movies here before, including Smile 2 and Weapons, and was never ID’d. While leaving concessions, I noticed a group of about 7–8 teenagers walking into the exact same movie. I asked them if they had been ID’d, and they all said no. I then spoke with Richard directly, and he insisted he had checked their IDs, which clearly did not happen based on what the group told me. After that, I brought the issue to the Assistant Regional Manager, Gavin, but the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. If your theater is going to enforce ID policies, then they need to be enforced fairly and consistently for everyone — not selectively. Very disappointing experience overall. AMC is starting to look like the better option.
