I had a bad experience at this cinema. The staff member named Miguel Martinez was very rude. It was my first time watching a movie here, and I was just walking around the theater to find my way. He was very strict and did not allow anyone to walk around, saying that many workers would be passing by. I explained that no one was around at the time, but he accused me of entering a theater that was not assigned to us. I felt upset by the way he spoke to me. He said he was just doing his job, but the interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Will not come back here and not recommend this theater to anyone. Attn manager in-charge in this theater , pls educate your employees to be nice and have a good customer service not rude to the customer.

Oh man those DBOX seats are totally not worth it. In my opinion skip those. The food there is sitting in a warmer that is barely warm. I asked for fresh food and they were nice and brought it to me (hence the two stars instead of one), but the grease was so old and dated it was nasty. I have never in my life tasted oil that old and stale. Gross!! The theatre itself is pretty old and the visual is not HD and clear. An LED TV is better. The blacks are grey. I will make a note to skip this theatre and find another one.

The service is great. You can get your snacks delivered to you at your seats now. I do have to say they need to upgrade their seats. The walk way between. The aisles is too narrow and the seat swing backward as soon as you sit in them. Very uncomfortable. But the food and service was great and so was the movie. I hope they can upgrade because cinamark is a nice theater.

The seating seemed a bit dated in the theater that we went into. But it was very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Overall a great experience.

What a treat. I grew up on this side of town and remember when this Cinemark was inside the old mall. This is clean modern theater that I left happy to visit. I came here because they have DBOX seats, something I haven’t experienced before today and only available at this theater in all of San Antonio. I came to see Gran Turismo during matinee and wasn’t disappointed. The concessions had a decent selection, I opted for pizza that was delivered to me in the theater. There is a small arcade also for those wanting to stall time playing some games. Inside the theater I was surprised at the quality of the seats. Both the normal seats as well as DBOX are quite comfy and I prefer them to the recliners that over time become less comfortable. The DBOX seat has a button that lets you increase or decrease how strong the chair works. The quality of the projector and sound were also pretty good. Overall I was pleased with this theater. The theater itself was clean, the restrooms were clean and the concessions had a decent selection. I plan to come back for my next DBOX movie.
