Took my kids to have a night out. We had a blast, we ordered from menu at the theater: a veggie burger, chicken sandwich, burger w/bacon and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was amazing definitely ordering that again. The staff was very friendly and helpful when choosing from the menu. The movie was great. Us girls went and seen the avatar movie and the guys were watching the 5 nights at Freddy's. Over all it was a very good experience and night out. I will definitely be looking to come out to movies at this location again!!

Really great seats that recline and the theater was really clean.. Monday military discounts are good too. $5 dollars for First Responders and Military.. can't beat that pricing. Self serve popcorn and drinks too.. I'll definitely be going back

I enjoy coming to Santikos and generally have a great experience, but I would like to offer one suggestion for improvement. Please consider cleaning and sanitizing the seats between movie showings. On several occasions, I’ve arrived for a movie and found the seats greasy and sticky from previous guests who had eaten during the earlier showing. Sitting in a seat covered with food residue is unpleasant and takes away from the overall experience. A quick wipe-down of the seats between screenings would make a significant difference in cleanliness and customer comfort. This is for all Santikos not only Embassy

Had a great time with amazing company. Recliners were so comfortable. Theater very clean. Never got a text for my food. So didnt have a code to access our meals. I ordered the gyro. The meat was half Luke warm and cold. Fries were mainly old and cold. Very surprised Santikos alwaya does so much better.

I love giving 5 star reviews and telling my friends and family about places that are amazing, this place has potential but it’s just not it. I love the comfy chairs in this theater but my experience coming here is always ruined by the miserable rude woman that wears a mask and checks your tickets. Her mannerism is just not what I would call good customer service. I work a crap job in food service, but you will get much farther with people when you are kind and it makes the job easier. you’re getting paid, you’re representing Santikos, be upbeat and friendly. No one wants to be greeted that way. I understand that this theater is the way it is, and if it wasn’t for the comfy chairs I would never ever spend my money on this company as a whole because I had an even worse experience at another location with rude staff.
