I’m going to give it 2 stars. Went to a showing for movie Thursday viewing of Michael @ 7PM. IT WAS SO HOT IN THERE. Everyone was fanning themselves with whatever they could find! I am 8 months pregnant and was getting so stuffy in there it was hard to breathe! I couldn’t leave because I got dropped off with my disabled mother. Haven’t been to the Mayan in a while. And this was my first experience in a long time.. safe to say I WONT BE GOING BACK. Management was aware of the issues! And didnt offer any compensation or refund?? They just let us be in a movie for over 2 hours feeling like a sauna. The lobby was nice and cool?? Leaving the movie we heard EVERYONE complaining of how hot it was. Some lady in the same row of me looked like she was about to pass out . DO BETTER MAYAN. Might just stick with city base

Clean atmosphere, went to first showing so nobody was there. Loved how comfortable and clean the place is. Decent prices for the popcorn and drink. Unlimited refills is a plus. Wanted to try the food but prices made me shy away lol. Definitely will return.

Just left and will never come back. The manager or who ever Rihana is , had a ugly condescending attitude for no reason . Then continued to ask if I have a problem only to tell me to leave the theater instead of trying to deescelate a situation that should have never even been an issue . If that’s who you have handling your customer service matters you will loose even more customers .i hope upper management or corp goes back to view camera footage and addresses the matter and maybe find a toilet she can clean instead since she wants to have a shitty attitude

My impressions are that this movie theater has overpriced & average tasting food, lots of coin operated video games, oddly placed restroom, decent amount of parking & low cost movie tickets. Overall, a decent but average place, in my opinion. 👍🏽

This theater was HORRIBLE! As soon as I walked in I was told I can't bring my water. Like what? And then when I went to get food I was told I can't wear FACE PAINT. I CANT WEAR FACE PAINT. How is that up to the theater? When does it go from makeup to face paint? I mean wow. Anyways I wiped my face paint off and was able to get in. Overall bad experience. Definitely not going here again.
