Jorge Toledo 2 months agoWent to see Project Hail Mary (2026) in IMAX, Thinking it would be an average experience. I was proven wrong. The tickets were priced reasonably and the theater was clean and well kept. The Palladium delivered an excellent experience, with the service and the impressive architecture.
Tim Frantz 3 months agoI love going to the movies here. Great food snack selections, comfortable seats, clean, and love the idea of being able to get an adult beverage. Watch your movies at a Satikos location!
Yk you yk a month agoToday was our first time here at the palladium and was very disappointed with my experience. I spent about $85 on food and another $45 on movie tickets, expecting fresh, quality snacks and good service. Unfortunately, the popcorn were stale wasent even delivered warm and they gave us butter that was from a fridge or something because it was cool temperature not even in the popcorn and cookies appeared to be about a week old. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and freshness. The food did not seem worth the price, and the overall experience was frustrating. I hope management takes steps to improve quality control so other customers don’t have the same experience.
Jackson Lundquist 2 weeks agoI've consistently had issues at this theater every time I've gone, and I avoid it every time I can. Some of the experiences I've had: - When I came to see a rerun of Dune in IMAX, I was harassed by a cop for sitting in the lobby with a ticket because I was waiting for the bus. He accused me of loitering for staying in the theater 15 minutes past the end of showtime instead of waiting in the cold outside for an hour. - When I came to see The Whale, the sound system blew out and I was denied a refund because the movie was about 10 minutes from being over. - Today, when going to see Disclosure Day on 70MM, a lady at the front would not let me in unless I threw out a beverage I purchased at a different store. I do not own a car, and it was an expensive item, so I had reservations. I offered to leave it up front, buy a large beverage, and even just hide it somewhere up front and she refused. She refused to give me her name (asking "what you need that for?") and had her nametag intentionally hidden, but the boy next to her was named Jonathan. This theater has truly some of the worst customer experience in the entire city. I wish I could go see this movie on film somewhere else, but nowhere else gets showings on film or niche showings. I plan to make today the last time I'm played for a fool by the interesting showings here, and to finally stop coming.
Carmelita Black a year agoIt is a nice theater. What is very concerning is the movie previews. We went to see the F1 Movie PG-13 and I had to walk out of theater because they kept showing demonic and satanic worship previews in upcoming movies. There were children in the theater. It was very heartbreaking to see the carelessness to expose children things they would be exposed to at home. So parents and grandparents be warned. Don’t go to the movies on time, if you do wait until the previews finish showing. Call and ask the length of the previews before the movie(s) and contact the studio to share your concerns for the previews before movies. The manager said the previews are selected by the movie studios.
