Absolutely love this theater. Most of the times I go its never packed. Services is always polite and quick. Employees are always professional. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Nene provided fantastic extra service. She was incredibly helpful. We wanted to buy tickets for two movies, but I couldn't show my Regal membership card on my phone because my battery was dead. Nene searched for me on the computer and found me. We were thrilled that we got the member price and that I could collect points on my Regal card. Thank you☺️

I'm sure the employees are doing the best that they can because either they haven't been trained or they are working according to how they've been trained. They need a better process in place for taking and filling concession stand order. There is no way I should've had to stand in line for it 5 minutes before it even moved and no way I should be in line 15-20 minutes total

If I could give them a zero, I would. The stairs are not well lit and I took a serious tumble. Someone went to get a manager and they didn’t show up. I had to hobble over to talk to them. The concession is poorly staffed. The line was long and only two people working it. The managers told me they were “upstairs working on something.” Honestly poorly run theater, dangerous steps and over-priced concession.

This movie theater was huge! It gave me the nostalgic feeling of being younger and going to the theater. I loved the neon lights, large halls, and high ceilings. Other than that the popcorn was great, nice and buttery. Even tho they pre popped it. The place was clean. There was also arcade games. We should work as a community to keep this thing open so that we can share the theater experience with kids of the future.
