Great experience during this first visit! Parking was easy; south tower garage is best as it allows easier access to the theater. I love the modern decor of the theater, too! I honestly drove 40+ minutes to visit this theater, which proved to be well-worth the drive. The auditorium was clean👍🏽, seats were comfy🙂, and the food and drink were delicious😋! All of the staff was pleasant and helpful during my visit✨️. I also love that this is a 21 & older theater, which definitely makes a difference for those needing some adult time. Added bonuses: 1) food and drinks are delivered directly to you so you don't have to miss any of the movie and 2) the game room (see my videos). I can't wait to return when a movie of my viewing interest, is showing at this location.

It was a really great experience and the perfect place to spend an evening with friends or family. This movie theater has very comfortable seats, good food, and very friendly and welcoming staff!

Came here after IPIC's sudden and sad closing. It was very underwhelming. The food here is awful in comparison, it's a lot of junk food and the fries aren't cooked correctly. Given this is an adult only theater, they should put more effort into the food offerings. The popcorn was also stale, not hot, and not fresh. The chairs are way too close to everyone else's, making it really hard to enjoy eating. They should really redo their food menu and remove half the seats (keep seats in pairs of twos for couples). Since IPIC is gone, this place has the opportunity to be the best couples theater and premier theater in Washington State, they just need to do better with their food and fix the seating arrangements. Really miss IPIC after this experience, but hopeful this place can turn it around and improve their quality and grab what IPIC had - a premiere theater experience. Please improve the food quality, space out the seats more, and fix the popcorn quality. If these things are addressed, this place will become the next big thing here. People will pay for better quality, there's a big hole IPIC has left for many couples here that needs to be filled. It should be a treat and special experience to go to theaters like this.

My wife and I have been going to this theater for years, even after we moved further north. The theater itself is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly, and the quality of the screens and audio are fantastic. Why only three stars, then? A few months ago I would have given them a perfect 5/5 review, but recently the Cinemark Reserve has updated their menu, and it is not an improvement. While there are more options in some areas (elote hot dogs and dips sound fun!), the quality of the food overall feels vastly inferior to what it once was--particularly with items like their grilled chicken. For example, I used to order their blackened chicken sandwich every time we went. It was delicious, and ranked among my favorites in town. Now the grilled chicken is thin, fatty, and rubbery with very little spice (when it comes with any seasoning at all. Twice now the chicken has arrived with no flavoring at all). Their condiment selection is unfortunately hampered as well (no mayo, only varying degrees of aioli, and many condiments now arrive only in tiny single-serve packets instead of plastic cups). Buying a ticket to the Cinemark Reserve isn't just about the great screens and chairs and audio systems, it's about the high quality of their menu. But with the recent changes to that menu and reduction in food quality, there's been less of a desire for us to make the drive down when there are so many other theater options around us.

The service and food have gone down in quality. The theater itself is still nice, but my partner and I have been disappointed in the service in our last visits. I like to have a drink, and the last couple times, understanding the rush they have at the beginning of a movie, I ordered a canned beer to make things easier. Literally all that needs to be done is open it and serve. Nonetheless, both times took over 45 minutes for my beer to arrive (my partner got her fountain soda in about 10 minutes.) The food also has taken a long time (again, understandable with the initial rush), but when it arrived, the fries were cold, and the mains were just ok. Not worth the premium. In our first visits, we were impressed at the speed and quality of the service, and the relatively reasonable price. Things have been disappointing recently though, we may start looking to other theaters in the future, and at the very least will not plan on eating here.
