The theater is maintained well. There are many ticket purchasing kiosks on the street level and also when you go up to the main theater level. So be sure to head up the escalator if the all the lower level kiosks are being used. The snack bar is organized and you have plenty to choose from. After the show the restroom was also clean.

This is our go-to theater. Free indoor parking alone is a win. The seats are all reserved and they’re leather recliners, super comfortable. You pick your seats ahead of time and just show up. Sound is awesome, screens look great, and it just feels like a nicer experience overall. We go to other theaters once in a while and every time we end up saying we should’ve just gone to Totem Lake. If you go to movies every couple months, the Cinemark rewards program is definitely worth it for discounted tickets and concessions.

Cinemark Totem Lake offers a top-class movie experience! The recliner seats are incredibly comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy the film. The overall theater environment is well-maintained and modern. Food and drinks are decent with a good variety of options, and the service is efficient. It’s my go-to spot for a premium movie night—highly recommend!

Great movie theater! The seats are really comfortable, the picture and sound quality are excellent, and the whole place is always clean and well-maintained. I also like that the staff is friendly and the lobby feels modern and welcoming. It’s one of the best places in the area to relax and enjoy a movie. Definitely recommend!
