Has to be the flat out worst theatre expirience I have ever had. We walk in 20 mins early for our movie to be greated by 45 min concession lines. Once we decided it was useless to wait for just drinks we went into our 4dx theatre for Backrooms. Trailers were still going so we started looking for our seat. Looking at the lights on the floor I could tell I was in the correct row. I counted to seats 6-7 and was staring at two people in my seats. I looked back and forth at my ticket and the seats for about 20 seconds. As the lazy couple in front of me tried to act like I was not there. I confronted them kindly and asked what their seat numbers were. The female immediately responded with "well some kids took our seats so we couldnt sit in ours". I offered to go to her seats and and get the kids out. I asked for her ticket, she showed me and I approached her seats to only find them empty. So I can only assume she was lying and wanted a closer seat. They appropriately got out of MY seats and went back to theirs. My gf and I sat down and another person followed sitting in the 3rd seat. He immediately thanked me and said they took his seat. Mind you his seat was occupied by a purse. The lady was taking his seat for her PURSE! The movie started and as expected the audience was quiet for the most part, but a lot of chatter. 5 minutes into the movie a couple had their seats taken and the people taking their seats would not move. Very short lived confrontation. Im not even sure how it ended 15 mins into the movie a young male approached a row nearby and was asking for HIS seat for maybe 8 minutes. Finnaly a couple of girls got out of his seat and walked up to the back rows. Ofcourse, at this point, I was not suprised. There were more issue with the whole experience, but overall this theatre is poorly managed. I couldn't enjoy the movie. It looks nice, but there is hardly any staff. I'm never wasting my time with this theatre again.

I only come to this theater for the VIP and 4Dx experience. Great experience for those movies. I highly recommend watching a 4Dx movie. It can get expensive for these types of experiences but they are worth doing at least once. My son and I had a great time!! For a regular movie experience I personally don't come to this theater. For the reasons that it's too crowded, and too many youth hanging around. This theater is located in the center of a plaza where there's a ton of foot traffic with stores and restaurants at ever step of the way. I'm more of a calm, happy, and peaceful regular movie experience at the theater type of person. So I go to other theaters for that.

I took my kids to the Regal Movie Theater at River Park to watch a 4DX movie, and it was such a fun experience! River Park is always a busy spot with lots of shops, and the theater is definitely one of the highlights there. We found quick parking in the garage (plenty of spots up top) and walked right down to the entrance. We had purchased our tickets ahead of time, which guaranteed our seats, though it does come with a convenience fee. If you want to skip that, you can always grab your tickets at the kiosk inside. Entry was smooth our tickets were scanned quickly, and we headed straight to concessions. The only downside was the concession stand. The wait time to order snacks felt pretty long, and I think they could definitely improve that process by taking notes from other theaters that move lines faster. Once inside, we settled into our seats for the 4DX experience—and wow, it was intense! The moving seats, wind, water, fog, and other effects really make you feel like you’re on a mini ride at Universal Studios. Super immersive and entertaining! Just a heads-up: full drinks are likely to spill, and eating is tricky since the seats don’t stop moving. We watched a scary movie (even though I’m not usually a fan), but it kept us on the edge of our seats the whole time. My kids loved it, and overall, we all had a great time. Definitely worth trying at least once if you want a unique movie-going experience!

I saved for month to be able to afford a fun night with my family we reserved 9 seats to watch the avatar movie. People were seated in my seats and when i politely asked them to moved they refused. We ended up seating in the bottom seats I got a big headache. It was just disappointing I asked staff to help and nobody did anything about it. My kids deserve better that was the only gift I could afford at the moment.

This is a very nice theater, we went for the one dollar showing of Garfield and had a great time. A price anyone could afford and with the 5$ snack pack it’s unbeatable.
