AMC theaters are the best. This one is our favorite. There are so many restaurants within walking distance of the theater. The free parking garage a block away makes it so convenient. AMC offers unlimited butter your own popcorn, which is a personal favorite. The coke machines offer tons of different flavor additions. The heated movie theater seats are new and they recline for comfort. This location Also has a full bar! What's not to love?

The theatre was cleanand the seats were very comfortable. However, paying for popcorn ruined my mood for the movie. The cashier was extremely rude and impatient. I normally brush off bad behavior for night shift workers but we shouldn't normalize allowing them to be rude just because it's late. She never smiled or spoke, just nasty looks. My card would not read on the machine and kept giving an error message. I asked her if there was something wrong with the machine, she rudely told me no and offered no assistance. I continued to try while she huffed and puffed. I tried different cards. My friend came over and held a cord down on the machine that led it to work. As we walked away she rolled her eyes. My friend and I mentioned amongst us how rude she was, she overheard and intruded in our conversation saying loudly how her machine had no problems all day and that wasn't her problem. We ignored her and continued to our theatre. 1st point of contact in customer service really matters. I hope she doesn't ruin anyone else’s experience as she did mine. If she needs to work earlier shifts to be more pleasant, she should.

While visiting Denver I wanted to watch a movie in a good theater. I found this AMC in GoogleMaps and decided to take the trip. Parking was free in the garage across the street. This is a new theater with all the new amenities. The seats were probably the most comfortable seats at a movie theater I’ve experienced. The food & beverage was easy and tasted good. Overall, a good theater to watch a good movie.

This location has the worst popcorn of any AMC. the stuff they gave us was room temp and extremely stale. It seemed like it was literally from at least a day or 2 ago. I was extra unhappy because they make you give them nearly $12 for that $0.19 cents worth of popcorn..you'd think it could be fresh.

After I specifically bought 4 tickets in the middle of the back row for a highly anticipated movie release, those seats were filled when we arrived in the theater by guests who said they were told their seats had changed (we weren’t told anything except the theater number when our tickets were scanned). We went back out to the lobby and found a manager who told us that yes, we had been moved to the far side of one of the front rows and that there was nothing they could or would do to account for the difference in comfort / experience (the manager rudely told us the “best she could do” was provide movie vouchers, but only if we opted to walk out and give up our seats for the showing we were already there for). We ended up missing the first few minutes of our movie while trying to figure everything out. According to the manager on site last night (4/7), AMC is allowed to do this without warning at any time, so I guess be prepared to be moved to the front rows no matter what tickets you originally paid for? I personally will not be returning, as I’ve never had this happen at another theater without at least an apology and some sort of discount / voucher.
