If you are near downtown and want to park your car for free and watch a movie. This is your theater. They will validate your parking ticket. Remember to do it after watching the movie you have ample time to enjoy in the mall.

Over all okay experience Movie stopped playing 30 minutes in. But we got tickets to come back no extra charge. Seats are comfy and functional. Love the bar upfront (expensive but worth it)

This was the worst movie experience I have ever encountered. How on earth can you sell wheelchair accessible tickets but the access to get to the theatre is non existent. My mother had to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the bathroom. This theatre needs a new layout that is inclusive to non able body individuals. Thank goodness for Brandon who was quick thinking and escorted us to the theatre through the loading entrance and even set his alarm on his watch to accommodate us when the movie was over. The staff was stoic and unapproachable. Never coming back. Please upgrade or stop selling wheelchair accessible tickets.

First of all, my showing was at 10:30 this Saturday. My date and I showed up at 10:35, and you're telling me that you guys are no longer serving hot food? Is it not policy to close 30 minutes after your last showing??? I understand pre-closing procedures, but that is absolutely ridiculous. They weren't even serving popcorn! Then, when we get our drinks, we head on to the freestyles, and they're all locked so we couldn't even use them? It is also very clear that nobody is doing their job properly because the mats in front of freestyles were also disgusting and full of popcorn crumbs. If you are going to close early and tell me that nothing is available, I at least expect most of the closing tasks to be done. Besides all of that, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this movie theater, the women's restrooms are DISGUSTING. I'm talking about toilet paper everywhere, and most of the toilets have something in them. I understand that is not entirely their fault becasue its clear the people that come here have no decorum, but you're telling me the ushers aren't at least sweeping the toilet paper up??? As a customer, I also don't appreciate that 4 out of the 5 times I have watched a movie here, it seems to be the manager always comes in and out of the theater to watch bits of the movie. Don't you guys get free movie tickets?? Why in the world do you come in and out of a theater to watch 10 minutes at a time of the movie for?? Also, if your ticket says you are in theater 3, there is literally a green pixel in the middle of the screen for the whole movie. Which isn't a big thing, but once I noticed it, I couldn't really ignore it for the remainder of the movie.

this is my very first time experiencing this location i was excited to bring my daughter for our mommy and me date, so far the service as soon as i came in was not the best one worker sitting and the other validating tickets were both agitated and not what i expected the customer service to be. overall clean but the customer service is what i excepted to be the best and $32.xx? for the smallest portion of fries an iced and a shake .. 🫨
