AMC Westminster Promenade 24

A nice 24 screen AMC movie theater in Westminster near Denver. Friendly staff and lot of options for movies to choose from. A relaxed experience. The only downside is that the reclining seats in auditorium 3 were somewhat old and 2 out of 4 in the G row didn't recline. Nevertheless a relaxing experience to grab a movie on the big screen.

My husband surprised me to see The Bride. I have been to this movie theater many times with little issues. Tonight the movie start time was 7:45. We entered the theater at 7:25pm, screen dark theater quiet. Multiple people including my husband went to talk with the manager about how the movie hasn't started, it was 8:00pm. The manager was very dismissive. AND... to top it off as well too; we had a fuzzy little friend running around our feet (A MOUSE!!). When my husband brought the little mouse to the managers attention, all she offered him was to switch to a different theater! One, switching theaters DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE MICE!!!! AND further more she mentioned there was nothing to do about it because she is not an exterminator. Two, my husband specifically bought tickets for me to experience the movie on the IMAX screen. WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT come back, just for the fact of having little Mickey Mouse hanging out with us while we watched the movie.🐭🐭🐭

I recently had foot surgery and walk with a cane. I ordered my tickets and my popcorn and drink and proceeded toward the theater. As I was trying to maneuver my balance, the drink and the popcorn , my popcorn bag ripped and scattered all over the floor. I was so frustrated with myself. As I was trying to clean up my mess a young lady came to my rescue. Without hesitation she began sweeping up my popcorn and as I apologized for the mess I created she smiled at me and said there was no problem. She then proceeded to retrieve a replacement popcorn for me. When she returned she offered to carry my popcorn to my seat in the theater. I was so impressed with her kindness. Her smile and warm demeanor made everything better! Her name was Lila! 😊

Genuinely my favorite theater in the Denver area based on quality of picture and sound. Saw the same movie in 3 separate theaters across the Denver area and this one was the best experience. The "Prime" offering from AMC has great sound (it was the clearest for this particular movie), the picture was large and a little bit brighter than the others, and the intensity of the sound even had the chairs/my chest rumbling a bit which is my bar for the sound being my level of adequately loud for a theater setting. Apart from that the consessions are set up in a unique way with a loop in the center of the lobby and the women's restrooms are some of the fanciest I've seen for a movie theater. Tons of parking as well, you just have to walk a little to get to the front doors.

Great theatre. Chairs are comfortable & recline. This place is always clean. The screens are huge. Great location full of of a variety of restaurants & places to check out late night.
