They got everything except a working chargepoint charging station. Electric car owners are complaining at front desk, over linkedin, etc for months about the charging station that doesn't work. Every time we ask for an update, the staffs act like its the first time they're hearing this issue and that's annoying. Imagine you plug in your car just to realize 8 hours later that it wasn't charging your car but charging you, this goes on for months and the staffs pay zero attention. The property has restricted the remote access, so the providers can't remote-reset from their end.

Suite 100 UC Health vision center. Had a few tests done there. Everyone was really friendly and efficient.

I hate this place. It had been about 2 years since my initial visit, and I was even more aggravated. The only positive was the parking garage. It was like a bunch of food trucks lined up around one bar. The acoustics were so bad that you couldn't hear the person next to you. Never again, my friend. Never again. You couldn't pay me enough money to go back.

Nice setting for casual relaxation in convenient location for food,drinks and I needed to get change for $100 bill but I had to buy something. But the staff were very friendly and helpful with giving directions to the mall.
