This theater has really gone downhill. The girl at the concessions told me that the large drinks and popcorn were refillable. She didn't tell me that that was no longer valid after 11. My movie ended around 11:30. Red and blue lights kept flashing through the screen like part of their equipment was going out. There were these loud popping sounds throughout the movie that I'm pretty sure were the speakers, unless they have some serious electrical issues. The seats were super loud, every time I shifted they made loud creaking noises. All of the downhill escalators were out of order and the bathrooms are pretty outdated. Hopefully they'll do an update or something soon. Plus side? The notebook was amazing as always.

Me, my wife and my son went to see the new Michael movie. The movie was great but the theater itself was pretty bad. The smell as soon as we walked into theater 14 was god awful and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned since Clinton was president. When we got to our seats the trays and seats were sticky and not cleaned as well. It was so hot in there that if we didn’t really want to see this movie we would have went and asked for a refund.

Nyx and I think carylin? (double check with nyx) tried everything they could think of to help me get access to a ticket that I had accidentally deleted from my email. because I forgot my card I bought it from there want anything they could do so I bought a new ticket but they really tried and I appreciate that. ill remember this when going to new movies :)

This may have once been a premier cinema. Not in the Summer of 2025. Their lobby has paper machet and Spirit Halloween photo ops. It would appear their escalators to their upper level, where the actual bar is, are permanently out of commission because they spent money to have a screen-printed sign directing people to the single, slow elevator to get to the upper level. The escalator has probably been out for years. I was seeing a film in the most premium of their screens...$25 a ticket after taxes and fees. The standing temperature in the "premium" theater was around 78 degrees F. When addressed with staff, they said, "this is as cool as it gets...it has been an ongoing problem." This indicates to me that Regal has not been willing to fix clear mechanical HVAC issues of this cinema. Regal should be incredibly embarrassed by this. Either invest in fixing the amenities of your cinema, like sufficient and working HVAC and escalators, or stop charging incredibly out-of-touch prices for tickets at a place you aren't taking care of. Shame.

Me and my teenage boys went to see scream 7 in 4DX the movie was a 10/10. And 4DX effects were awesome but never had I ever been to a theater where it’s extremely hot!! We arrived during previews and noticed the humidity and heat right away but we thought it would be ok with the effects of wind!! Heck noooo my boys literally turned pail an felt so nauseous due to the extreme humidity and heat Like I said we were movie and they both started complaining and even myself of how hot it was And how the seats are constantly moving with little air I feel Is extremely dangerous Even the people in the surrounding areas were complaining of how hot it was we were all saying how anytime we’ve come to a movie. It’s usually cold in the theater not this time. The humidity in the heat was very overpowering. Something does need to be done about this because it can cause people to faint. And lose consciousness
